El Monterey

Omg.. the best nachos I've ever had! And if you ever need a good place to order masa for tamales, they prepare it for you here, you just gotta call in advance to place your order. Very convenient. Could use better parking space though.

I treat my friends to the best burritos I've had in my life! We call the order in and within 30 minutes one of us has picked up our orders, returned to ZANINOVICH SENIOR VILLAGE and we are chin deep in a huge burritos! Priced at $10 each, eating El Monterey burritos is an awesome choice. Of course El Monterey serves 100% truly authentic Mexican food. My favorite burrito is their Chili Verde. My friends brag about their beef burritos being the best! If you are heading to Kings Canyon National Forest and Park, take a short detour into Orange Cove. Dine in or take-out available. Open 7 days a week. Closed on major holidays. Comida bien aki.

The wife and I hadn't been to a local Mexican restaurant since we moved to Squaw Valley in December 2016. So I did a quick Google search to look at what was available within 30 minutes or so and I read the reviews for this place and it was worth the drive down I'll tell you what we enjoyed it very much very quick service very high quality food plenty of it and a reasonable price thank you very much

I've been eating here for as long as I can remember. I love their carne asada tostadas & burritos...with everything! Freshly cut jalapeños on top, so there's a little kick to it.

Wonderful customer service and the food was great! My children loved as well! We will definitely be eating there again.
