Big Lots

They have comfortable and nice furniture, it’s clean, I buy candy and sweets and snacks from there and it’s good, other stores I don’t find it so this is the perfect store to look for stuff.

The atmosphere was nice, they had a lot of things on clearance. The store was busy and the staff was super nice.

Staff is very helpful and go out of their way to find items for you. I shop at the Reedley Big Lots at least once a week and they have always greeted me at the door with a smile.

I Like Big Lot's it's Very Convenience for Me ☺

I was going to Big Lots for a few things we'll see the same things every time but I like it and the price is excellent

Not the store it was.. BIG LOTS HAS CHANGED for the BETTER. BETTER associates clean isles. Well managed and Major League product upgrade from the past. Lots of furniture, bedding Kitchen goods. Many products are better quality than wally world. Or target. Even though the price is better!

I was served by Christin and Ruben at the Reedley store. These two put an end myth that good customer service is dead! They answered every question. I went in to get a set of black out drapes the window was 72 inches wide and the panel set said it was 72 inches but it has to zig zag so I actually needed twice as many. I looked but couldn't find a second set. Went to the cash wrap and asked if they had more. Christine checked the inventory and it said that the other near by stores had them and actually they were supposed to have 1 here. She looked in the designated spot zero there but she didn't quit. She looked under the ones on hooks to the bottom shelf. Sure enough they were there. With the hanger snapped off so they could be hung. They were perfect. The quality of the drapes and Franklin easy installation rod and curtains that Ruben sold me earlier were twice as excellent. As the wally world selection and 10 dollars less than the retail giant. Also, you never get this level of service at wally world. And I wasn't forced to be an uncompensated employee, like at wally world.. MY SINCERE THANKS FOR THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN A TOWN! I WILL BE BACK!

I go here all the time for chips soda and a few outdoor appliances. Their prices are very low and the quality of products is fair. The store will some times have a line of 2-6 people but the service is usually fast.

They have the best Christmas after sales ever!!

This is my favorite Big Lots. Lol it's actually one of the stores in general where I live that I hella like to trip on. ALL the employees have always been cool, friendly, and helpful. Great team there. Seriously.

amazing job. The only thing is that they had one person helping on furniture, which to took a few minutes than expected to get our furniture. Other than that, I have no complaints !! :)

This store has improved so much Over the last 2 years, thanks to new management and a new team of big lots workers, including me. The store has changed and is like a mini walmart now except with better prices!! Come check it out, you won't be disappointed.

We go there for our drinks and some of our needs lot of times it helps just to walk through the store to look to see what's on special it's always different almost every time we go.

Love shopping at Big Lots in Reedley, people are very nice that work there always willing to help you find items you can't find.Store is kept clean.They have alot of spring items right now,Prices are pretty reasonable.
