The staff are always friendly and service is exceptional! My order is always right, even when I come in with a list for the work crew. The price is on point for the quality. Highly recommend a chocolate cream cold brew! It is THE best

I ordered a strawberry-acai lemonade refresher and it was excellent. I came back this week and it was a very weak flavored drink. I'm not a coffee drinker and was convinced to give this a try...consistency is important.

IDK who they got working in there but they are top tier i mobile ordered my drink 4 minutes before i arrived it was already ready waiting on me. That has never happened at starbucks they also was super busy. I appreciate it so much keep up the great work yall

Wasn't looked at oddly for requesting some used coffee grounds for my chickens. The cashier not only helped me find a drink i enjoyed, he also carried the coffee grounds out to my vehicle.The music was spot on, and hearing the whole staff laughing, and doing their jobs was awesome to see. Will definitely be back for more coffee grounds

The seating is limited, and you're right on top of the table next to you, but overall it's clean and everyone was friendly.

Kept clean, the cashier was friendly and the barista's were quick and efficient. The ham and cheese croissant was tasty, as well as the egg bites.

These Starbucks baristas in Statesboro, GA worked like a well oiled machine, totally in sync and served with a smile and a thank you. We went inside and was fortunate to grab a table as the place was wall to wall people... plus the drive through was wrapped all the way around plus lined out into the grocery store parking lot. The coffee and croissants were both fresh, hot, and delicious!

I went through the drive through yesterday morning 11/20 around 9am. Anyways the girl at the window was awesome! I didn’t catch her name but super sweet and while I was waiting for my sandwich she had a conversation with me which made my day and made me feel welcome. Super bubbly personality, great customer service from her!!!!

Called at 7:30 to order traveler, was told can't take order over phone however it would be ready in 30-45 minutes. Came to store 8am, waited in line close to 30 minutes to be told I have to wait 30-45 more minutes because can't take orders over the phone.

Came back to pick up my coffee and the manager apologized.

It made everything better because she owned up to it.

It's not what happens is what you do about it.

I ordered a Peppermint Mocha expecting it to be hot and was given the Frappuccino version instead. I called the store and spoke to Iesha, she qas very polite, had great communication and customer service skills. She asked if I could come back and she would personally make the two drinks I had ordered although there was nothing wrong with one of them. She went above and beyond.

This morning at Starbucks was the BEST customer service I have ever received. Olivia was extremely helpful and just went above and beyond when helping me get my perfect drink--a signature peppermint mocha iced latte with 3 pumps of mocha instead of the usual 6. The young man at the drive through window was also exceptionally nice, and these two employees truly helped get my morning started in a positive way. It just felt like a breath of fresh air that they were so nice at 7 in the morning. Thank you!

I applaud this Starbucks team! They were amazing! They had a crazy customer come in and destroy the store. The manager and the team working that day handled it very well! I didn’t have a chance to thank them so I guess this the best way I can! You guys are great!

Last Saturday was me and my daughter first time going she ordered a tik tok drink I ordered a strawberry crème Frappuccino was delicious I wanted to order a drink I seen off tik tok but I heard sometimes you all may get offended so I didn’t but I will be returning again

Clean & nice staff. I assume that you know what Starbucks drinks are like, so no need to explain that here.

Always great and quick service (I always order online ahead of time). My only issue is that they are almost always out of coconut milk to make my favorite drinks. This is especially annoying when I’m working on one of the challenges for stars, and then they’re out of it. I don’t much like coffee so the refreshers are my favorite.

Everyone so far had been so warm and welcoming. Americano is my fav and it's always hot and tasty.

Picked up Starbucks for some coworkers and myself yesterday morning. The drive thru line was busy, so I ordered on the app and picked up in store. The service was slow, but my order was correct. Josh was helping with mobile orders and he was very nice and friendly.

Love Starbucks! Great customer service! It smells so good in there. My favorite hot drink is white chocolate mocha & my 2 favorites iced drinks are white chocolate mocha my favorite Frappuccino is cookie crumble.

starbucks is amazing ! they have the greatest attitudes and are always so cheerful , no matter how early it is in the morning ! i come there so often they have my drink & food memorized !

they have good choices of drinks & foods , you can even customize it !
i recommended this place 10/10 .

Personnel in the Drive-Thru window were very pleasant. They had everything I asked for and we're very quick and preparing my beverage. This is a really good Starbucks.
