The staff is kind and they support the community whenever they can. They will always get my business when I need a coffee or snack. I recommend the strawberry shortcake smoothie for sweet treat for kids.

I love this coffee shop. I enjoy coming here before school starts and drinking an iced coffee and eating a bagel. I feel so energized and happy because my coffee always tastes amazing and the bagels taste fresh and are always hot. This is a definite 5 stars.

I had a really good creme freeze. I was not familiar with the menu at all but, did not feel rushed to make a decision. Will definitely be back soon! Employees were nice at the drive-thru.

The store is keeping it's thrive on! A mother of mine got a Chai Latte today. She was absolutely thrilled with the taste. She doesn't get them very often and was very excited to try it again and was not disappointed! I even tried a sip and I loved it too. Next time I'll have to order an Iced Chai Latte with an Espresso shot. It would be just the kick I need!

We just picked up some refreshing cold drinks from here. I got the "Raspberry Zinger Creme Freeze" and it's officially my summer drink now! The person at the window was very friendly and courteous, and the service was very fast. Thank you!

Giving this place five stars since the new owner has taken over and pretty much revamped the whole thing. Amazing what they've done the customer service has returned 10 fold. Line is always quick even if it's long and they always get your order right. I don't think there's been a case where they've screwed up in the past 20, 25 times I've been there. Especially like their biggby club to where you can earn points on your drinks which is awesome.

One thing I wish they would offer is being able to buy TCBY yogurt on the off hours through the drive-thru window on the Biggby side... The new Hudson location has a refrigerator inside because they don't have a drive-thru but it would be awesome if they could add maybe even something at the window or offer it to you because I'm guessing they probably are not allowed to put it on the menu outside due to franchise reasons.

So yeah start selling your frozen yogurt through the drive-thru window and even those cookies.

Stopped by for a coffee at 8:05 PM on my way through town. Even though that had closed for training early (they are normally open until 9 PM) the owner came to the door, ask me what drink I wanted, and made it for me. Amazing service and hospitality even when closed. 5 stars!!!

The South Lyon Biggby is a regular stop for me on weekday mornings. The staff is always friendly and keeps the line moving quickly. My order is always perfect and my dog loves the treats!
