The Chocolate chai 🤤 both hot or cold its delicious!! The coffee is also delicious and robust! As someone who lived in seattle and appreciates a good coffee house this place is hands down the best in town. I appreciate the culture this business provides! Thank you Northstar we need more culture and color in this town of Piqua!

Friendly service & good coffee! I got a blueberry vanilla latte. No matter where I go I always ask for less syrup because I don’t like them too sweet. One pump of each was perfect for me! It was so good, I will definitely come back the next time I’m in the area.

Possibly THE friendliest coffee shop I have ever been to! The drinks are always made to perfection and if there’s something you don’t like she is more than willing to make it right! Not to mention the culture this place holds and the positivity you feel as soon as you walk in💕 I’ve ditched Starbucks and winans because of how welcoming this shop is and never have I had something bad. I appreciate having this local spot to go to💕

Wonderful staff and great iced coffee. They remember your name and what you like to drink. They have lunch on some days and even remembered I'm a vegetarian and said an upcoming lunch will offer a vegetarian option. Great addition to Piqua and the surrounding communities. Definitely stop and try this wonderful family owned business. Love this place! Everyone should try Northstar!

This a hidden gem here in Piqua! So many choices! Smoothies, coffee, lite eats and sweets! They even have a mango lassi! The service is friendly and inviting been here twice in 2 days and will return! Had the grilled cheese today with Canadian bacon and caramelized onions. Yum!

I was blown away by both the coffee and the service. Love that they do pour overs, the chai spice is really nice, and the brownie was delicious. This is my new coffee spot in Piqua and I can't wait to spend more time there and peruse the Randolph-McCulloch museum side of the facility as well. Such a beautiful design and homey feel, very excited to visit again.

GEM OF A PLACE. TRY THE SOUP OF THE DAY. Amazing spot on our drive through Ohio. Incredible food and drink. Diverse fresh coffee and super flavorful food. We got the breakfast rounds and soup of the day that was packed full of flavor. Definitely coming back to this place in the future. Owner is super kind and friendly.

I’ve driven past this place every day while heading to training for my new job. From the outside it looked SO CUTE! I knew I had to stop and see what it was all about. I had the peanut butter chocolate blended coffee, and it was SO YUMMY! The service was excellent from beginning to end, and everyone was so nice! Definitely recommend this place! 🤗

Great place. Absolutely delicious coffee! Definitely worth supporting local- so much care is placed into making every drink, you can taste the difference. Would be a great place to sit down and catch up with a friend, study, or just take in some live music!! Absolutely would recommend this gem!

Ran into this Gem of a coffee shop while out with my daughter
last Saturday. Listened to some live music, got to meet a new canine friend, and my Latte was fabulous.! Excellent service and such a great vibe! We will be back.

we came in before they even opened and they served us as well as other customers that were there. as well as offered us samples of a couple different drinks, which was very yummy! we were so taken aback by how good our drinks were and how friendly the staff was. before we left they gave us a little loyalty card, when you buy 10 drinks theyll take it and enter you into a drawling, as well as a free coffee! its also just overall an adorable and friendly environment. beautiful art, a room full of history. unique chairs and tables. will definitely be back!!

North Star is the best in town! I got the chocolate peanut butter blended iced coffee, and sampled the cold brew with sweet milk and they were both damn good! Service and aesthetics of the shop were really great too! Already have, and will continue to recommend it :)

The smoothies were so yummy and perfect for a hot day! We tried the cold brew and it was glorious! They were so friendly and genuinely happy to have us there. The atmosphere is uplifting. Loved it!

I was pleasantly surprised by this place! The atmosphere is low-key and charming, and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. I was impressed by the menu, as well; they offer everything from smoothies to pour-overs to almost everything you'd expect to find at a traditional chain coffee shop like Starbucks (I got a vanilla latte, and it was good). I'm glad I stopped by and am looking forward to returning.

Amazing coffee and even better service. The only coffee shop I've ever been to thats given samples. The sessional drinks are very unique. I recommend visiting and look forward to going again soon.

I had the mango pineapple ginger smoothie and an apple fritter. They were both delicious. I loved the seats. I'm so glad they redid this old takeout. Super nice employees. 10/10 would reccomend.

I stopped in for a mango lasse, not many places serve that in the area. The lasse was great, the staff was extremely friendly and happy to give out samples. The cold brew and chai latte I sampled were both excellent. Will definitely be giving this place my business.

Omg, the Marsala Chi is SSOOOO good! The owner is an amazing woman! Locally owned and operated, great products. Favorite coffee shop in town!
