Panera Bread

Oliver was a hot steamy bagel when he gave me my food. It made me very moist and I could no longer stand up. Thank you Panera for hiring him. He’s a great goddess! I’d let him sprinkle my bagel with everything season on me.

Love the food, specifically the Caesar salad and broccoli cheddar soup. But Oliver is better than both. My heart skips a beat every time I walk in. 🥵❤‍🔥

I met Oliver and had a nice meal at this establishment, the food was good too. Sometimes what you need after a long hard day at work is a lovely lil treat. A snack, if you will. And he certainly is a snack that smiles back.

I had been looking for a proper loaf of sourdough bread for a while to make a particular sandwich. I was direct to Panera and was fortunate to find they had exactly what I needed, albeit a bit pricey. Now, I stood at the counter looking at the different baked goods for several minutes while I listened to two employees talk about their personal adventures without even so much as giving me a first look. Not the customer service I would have expected from Panera. Managers, take note.

I love the Sip Club, but more importantly, I adore your staff!! Olive is a clear stand-out. She's very warm, capable, confident, and ALWAYS makes my day when she takes care of me. Anahi is a lovely young lady who is also genuine and efficient. There's a tall, young, thin African American manger who recognizes my loyalty and appreciates me, as well. As a long-time corporate trainer in Customer Service for a 30-year+ Fortune 100 company, good service jumps right out at me. I've trained thousands of employees in the uber-important art of customer service and I'll tell you,... Most of your people should be recognized for their excellent service!

What started as a quest for a morning bagel at Panera took an unexpected turn when I found myself leaving with a newfound appetite - not for carbs, but for Oliver, the dapper purveyor behind the counter, whose espresso-making skills had me brewing up more than just caffeine-induced heart palpitations.

I had the greatest experience with Oliver, I’ve never been serviced so well before. Definitely recommend asking for Oliver the next time you come to this Panera.

Went there for my go to pick two order Napa chicken sandwich and salad idk which was more mouth watering the food or the server Oliver definitely found my new go to Panera 🥵🤤

I’ve been here multiple times and never had any issues. I’ve also ordered very large orders from them for work in the past 5 yrs and they are always accommodating.

The is one of the best panera breads I have been to. My order is always accurate and the staff is always friendly. I really enjoy the delicious broccoli soup and they have a lot vegetarian options! Great experience!

I went there for food and found a HUNK! 100% would have Oliver serve me again.

I used the kiosk to order. This location is my favorite. Normally the baguette is warm which I love ❤. This visit is wasn't, baguette was cold. I pulled it into pieces and added it to my hot soup. Always good here, never any mishaps. Warm bread does make a huge difference. Thank you!!!

I went there the other day and I order a pick 2 combo the employee that checked me out was Oliver and let me just say I’ll be back again and not just for the food😉

Had great soup and sandwich.Also bought loaves of tomato basil bread .Excellent so much I shared with friends.its excellent toasted.
