I visited the Starbucks on Freedom Road in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania, and this is one of the best Starbucks I’ve been to. The Starbucks team is super fast, and they make the best drinks.

This is what I usually order, and a few of the other Starbucks stores don't get it quite right. This Starbucks nails it every time.

Wonderful vibe to wake up. Getting my early morning coffee with the wonderfully peppy and genuinely happy energy of the baristas here is everything.

Shoutout to the baristas at this location. They were very kind and accommodating for my order. I don’t frequent this location often as it’s just a bit out of the way, but it’s a great location and I’m able to get my order quickly. I placed my order through the app, used the drive through, and had a request that I didn’t place in the app. We were in and out quickly and my order was as expected.

I’ll be back to frequent this location!

We came on an extremely busy day for this restaurant. The staff was friendly and the drinks were good. I was served in a few minutes and the wait was not long. Thank you for always for the tasty drinks and the fast service!

I'm traveling through and stopped just for a minute to get a coffee..! Within that very short time a sensed the kindness of people from this neighborhood. The staff were great and so friendy..! Thumbs up for Cranberry's people and Starbucks 👍🏼

They made us our "Cosmo and Wanda" drinks and because we were "those people" I gave them a good tip. They were kind and nice enough to make them for us. Great people and place!

the best experience i’ve had at a starbucks in my entire life. the cute little old guy was so sweet, and the other baristas were very talkative and sweet as well. my pink drink is the best one i’ve ever had. if i could rate this starbucks higher, i would. definitely coming back asap

A typical Starbucks experience. Kind service. Tons of orders and people but wait time wasn't long. If you order a large of any drink, the cup is only 3/4 full at this location. May as well just get a grande.

The employees were wonderful, very kind, and listened well. I asked a few questions and she had no problem answering. I recommend the white chocolate mocha iced mmm was it good. And the Carmel blender was wonderful as well. 10/10 would recommend.

First time going to this Starbucks and I must say that the drive thru was quick, efficient and she was very friendly. Will go every time I'm in the area.

I am not a pumpkin spice person. The apple crisp gives me all the fall vibes. It is apple pie with a side if coffee in one drink. Service was fast and friendly. I went in store for my take out.

I never go to Starbucks due to the pricing but today's customer service experience made me not even think about pricing. they have a bright positive cheerful attitude just the thing u need on a Monday morning. that is the way people in customer service should act. they were enjoying their job. their smiling faces will make this Monday great! thanks for all u do keep up the good work and u all deserve a raise!

Amazing customer service. I placed a mobile order at another location and they offered to make it for me there. Everyone is always super friendly and they always have a smile on their faces. I will absolutely continue to order from this location.

This was by far one of the BEST Starbucks experiences I've had. The staff was incredibly attentive, joyful and astoundingly delightful. I would not hesitate to tell people that THIS is one, if not the BEST IN THE NATION. I've been to a lot of Starbucks. .... this one stands out because of the STAFF. You can tell they are hired because of a certain humane quality and very affluent customer service (family) oriented approach. It's not wonder Starbucks has been so successful. I might actually drive over 40 min. to come back to this one. Thank you so much you incredible people!

The coffee shop was hopping today. Ordered a couple coffees and in the rush the guy completely forgot my order. Suddenly they realized they had forgotten the order and hastily made our drinks. 30 seconds later a manager came over and apologized profusely for the mistake. He also handed us some gift cards for a couple free drinks! Honest mistake and handled very professionally!!

We are taking over 50 kids on a college tour and stopped at this freedom Rd Starbucks unexpectedly and the staff have been so patient and courteous taking all of our orders and service us with a smile. Thank you!!! ☺☺
