Their employee Joe was beyond amazing. I think that was honestly the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Starbucks is beyond lucky to have this man as an employee. He was also so sweet to our dog and he recommended great things to order. Seriously- such a great experience. Good job, Joe! 👍👍

I went in for a Matcha Frappuccino and a Matcha Latte. The barista told me they were out due to a regional shortage. I was not disappointed. I have many backups to my favorite that are just as satisfying. I like the Caramel Ribbon crunch! 😋

I took the time to read the other reviews before deciding to post this up. It surprised me that I'd have to defend our core group here in Elgin... Yall complaining are the whiners that leave trash, don't hold open doors, park in the handicap spots and block the street when folks are trying to pull in...

I was scared to stop by because of the bad reviews this place has, and because I’ve been here before and my coffee was really bad. However, I gave it another chance and it was really good! They made my iced brown sugar oatmeal shaken expresso really good 😍

I tried the chicken apple & egg sandwich this morning, & it was delicious. I also received excellent customer service in the drive-thru.

Very friendly and fast. Was promptly greeted and drinks were ready upon arrival as well. The White Chocolate Macadamia Cold Brew was first tried here and I now a favorite, very good and highly recommended.

Who doesn’t love a good Starbucks drink! The staff is always nice 😊 & don’t hesitate when you ask them questions or like their opinion on a certain drink. If you do happen to go in it’s always clean & the staff greet you with smiling faces & cheerful tone like if they’re happy to see you. Thank you to the owner of the location & staff for always making my experience coming to this location wonderful! ☺

They get it right each time! Best Starbucks I have been to in a long time. The drinks are great, the staff is nice and welcoming, and I truly appreciate how clean this store is! I feel like a lot of the Starbucks in the Austin area need to visit this store and mimic how clean the entire facility, including bathrooms, is. The staff also takes a lot of pride in serving their customers, which is something we are beginning to see less and less. Thank you Elgin Starbucks!

I was running late one day this last week so I stopped in for breakfast and coffee. The speaker and headsets had gone out. We had serious boss energy from all the ladies working that day!

One was outside in the cold letting people know to order at the window and the ladies inside were working in harmony to overcome having no tech and hustling to get the orders out! These ladies were rocking it!

I love Starbs. ❤ Any Frap. Venti with 4 Shot of Espresso is amazing.!!

One of the most friendly Starbucks in the greater Austin area and the people there are all well trained and know their stuff. Their friendliness is the only reason I keep coming back here, because I get a chance to tip them. Starbucks needs to be paying twice what they do.

Giving this location five stars for the friendly and welcoming atmosphere that is amplified by the enthusiastic and friendly staff. I spent four hours working at this location and there was not once that customers were not greeted coming or leaving.
The welcome feeling at visiting this location is refreshing and welcome.
