Visited store number 1812 (Hackettstown, NJ) today and while I already did the survey on my receipt, I was SO impressed by the girl who took our order that I wanted to go further and make sure I left as much feedback as possible. She was super friendly taking my order on the drive thru line. When she was typing in the order and waiting for the computer to do something she even sang the ba-da-ba-ba-ba jingle from the McDonalds tv commercials! I felt like i was IN a McD’s tv spot! She legitimately put a smile on my face in my 10 seconds of interacting with her. I knew I wanted to leave feedback so when I pulled up to the window I asked her her name. She said, “Kira, like Shakira but without the Sha.” She MUST get people asking her name often and I imagine for the same reason as me. Keep up the positivity, Kira. You rock.

never have any problems, drive thru is always quick and easy. food is always fresh and mobile ordering is so simple 👍🏽 one of the best mcdonald’s i’ve experienced

They got my order correct & put the proper items in the bag. It doesn't get any better.

A nice clean McDonalds, with a good friendly staff, has a recently renovated interior and comfortable chairs.
Has a working McPlayroom for kids and a dining area with a nice ambiance. The place clearly has a management that actually cares, kudos to them. I don’t think the staff ever messed up an order or was unprofessional in any way. The fries and chicken nuggets are always cooked to perfection, the Big Macs weren’t sloppy or pressed into a shape of a pancake inside the wrapping. Could get a little crowded during peak time, especially with delivery drivers waiting for their pickups, but even at those times the staff is efficient and friendly.
Plenty of parking space if you drive around the entrance.

Best McDonald’s I’ve been too in a long time. Food was hot and ready quick! Don’t think I’ve had an above room temperature burger since the 90’s.

Can we talk about how the woman's voice at the drive thru just puts you in a good mood. Her voice and attitude is so upbeat! Her voice would be perfect for a Disney commercial or something!!

Staff was great here, brought the food to our table, smiling and friendly, we know working in fast food can be a tough job - we appreciated the team here for being awesome!

Quick Drive Thru... Mocha Frappes Yum!

Usually not one to leave reviews but I will say this is by far the best McDonalds I’ve visited. The girl taking the orders and payment in drive thru is an extreme delight. Need more of her in the service industry. No complaints on the food either.

I come to this location for the staff, honestly. Always kind and warm. Always willing to fix an order. Staff has the best manners and make me feel good going there. You got the typical McDonald's issues like fries not being super great every single time. Ill still always go to this one; but what I'm really here for, is I ordered TWO biscuits and yall did me dirty and I opened the bag to ONE pack of jelly. With this dry biscuit? I know the economy is bad, but keep the straw and get me more jelly, plzzz 🙏

Clean, nice staff , food hot

Been going here for 10 years everyone is extremely nice the food is fresh and the drive thru young girl is always nice! Shes amazing always pleasant and always gets it right!!!!

Went to the drive thru a few days ago and the dark skinned girl at the drive thru is still there polite with a sweet voice! This girl needs a raise!!!

The guy working curbside tonight, April 13, 2021,was wonderful! The sweet tea we ordered wasn't sweet, he brought us new drinks and watched while pouring new ones to make sure they were poured right. He asked us to try them once he brought them to us while he was there to check, it was still unsweet, he was going to run back and try again or get us something else but we insisted he didn't, we can just add sugar and make it work, but he was really trying to do his very best to make sure we were happy. Wonderful employee! Didn't think to ask his name, but please give him some recognition for being so wonderful and kind to us, over just a couple sweet teas.

Nicest group of people you will ever meet. From the manager on down. Great service. Lost my phone and debit card here in the same week. The lady manager kept it in their safe until I was able to retrieve them. Honest and friendly, I am eternally grateful.

Back in 2014 (story time) me, my mom and sisters went to McDonald’s, we ate and played in the play pen I was 9 at the time you know now I’m 19 anyway, we got back home and 5 hours later we all projectile vomited for 3 days straight. The end

This Hackettstown McDonald's is actually the most modern updated, clean store I've been in yet. I was very impressed with the new upgrades and look and the employees were excellent and they got the orders right and faster then other stores!

I mean. It's Mickey D's. You all really looking for reviews on McDonald's? Okay put it like this. If there are cars there and the building looks like it's being payed attention to- the workers and food are good. If it looks like "oh wow this place is still open?"- go fifteen minutes or less in any direction to the next McDonald's

Purchased a Big Mac meal and, I must say, the burger was freshly made and we'll presented; it was sloppy, everything remained in place and it tasted wonderful.

What could you say about McDonald's it's made some changes through the years the matter what it always brings you back to your childhood good memories good food brings me back
