Starbucks

My usual Starbucks was really busy so I stopped by this store and I'm glad I did. The service was much better and my coffee was amazing. Much better than my regular Starbucks. Roman was the stand out for me, very good service, very sweet and my coffee tasted way better than the same drink I usually get. It's a few miles out of the way but this will be my regular store now.

The baristas are the kindest souls. My card declined today bc my account was frozen and the lady shrugged and told me they had me covered. They are angels. I hope every single one of them goes to Heaven. Even though they gave it to me, they have always been so courteous. I was having a very bad day the other day, and one of the ladies reassured me and made me feel so warm. Thank you, Starbucks!

They got the been there series mugs here for New Jersey!

Giving 5 stars!! The barista that helped me today (Roman) was literally so sexy and I had the best customer experience I've ever had in any Starbucks location! Drink was terrible though- I wish Roman would have made it. I think I'm going to come back later and ask for their number. Wish me luck!

Today I stoped by here on my way to Walmart and Roman was the barista who took my order. She was so sweet and helpful! She helped me pick a drink when I was being indecisive and was so kind and patient with me! Loved their energy and the drink they recommended was amazing! Would come back based on their service!

Joanne has to be the most chipper person at 8 am I’ve ever encountered!! Like wow. So nice. She definitely started my day off right. It’s truly the little things. I will most certainly return to this location, thank you!!

First time ever the barista asked me if i need help when i was looking for straw.

Please....it's Starbucks, what's not to like 😊 The staff is amazing. Very convenient location, walk-in or drive thru. Expect the usual quick service.

Everyone has a great attitude here and they're usually pretty fast.

Today Natalie helped me combine all of my gift cards onto my app account which was very helpful and appreciated. She said she doesn't usually work at this store, but Natalie who was working here on 6/5/22 went Above and Beyond! She was great! Excellent customer service! We've been here a few times and everyone is always courteous and kind! Great job at this location! 🙂

So I understand the concept of the app is to speed up service but no matter if I were to order on the app or in drive thru. I’m still ordering ahead in the app so the staff could get ahead start. The girl with the beanie on at 928am on 9/23 told me to come inside because my order wasn’t ready. My response is. Would it have made any difference if I just ordered from the screen? Because I would still be having to wait. I swear people like this just hate their job because it’s not a big deal. Like I went inside after waiting for in my car for at least 7 minutes. So laughable and ridiculous. Besides this one incident yesterday. All the other workers there are the best. The fact that they make all of my drinks deliciously almost every time is okay with me. I don’t mind waiting for my drink if perfection is at the end of the tunnel. Which it always is!!!!

The Starbucks on Route 38 is very nice. They do have a drive thru for those who do not want to get out of the car. The inside of the store is very clean and the Associates that work there are very nice. I wish I had pictures, but I do not. This particular Starbucks is located on Route 38 in Cherry Hill going toward Camden. It is a stones throw before Walmart and Wawa. As a matter of fact, you would pass McDonald's on the left and Starbucks would be on the right.

All the workers were sweet and more than accommodating when I was rushing around to get a big mixed order together for a drs office as I am a biotechnology representative. Thank you! Very sweet and knowledgeable staff!!!

the baristas here are always so nice but todays visit really made my day, i decided to treat myself to some caffeine since i can't usually have it and the woman on the register (i believe her name began with a K and she had two cute space buns) was so so sweet, complimented my dress which i was initially so self conscious about since i'm massively pregnant lol, and she was nothing but smiles and politeness 🤗 all of the baristas making drinks were so nice too and working quickly and efficiently with how busy it was inside plus how busy the drive thru was. i hope someone in management sees this and gives them the praise they deserve because they truly are all so nice! also my drink was delicious!!
1000/10 recommend this starbucks. you guys rock 🫶🏻

Staff is always polite. Love sweet cream vanilla nitro and iced caramel macchiato.

Listen -- the reality is most Starbucks are already 3 to 4 stars. The company's training is stellar and it shows pretty consistently. But this Starbucks is so awesome b/c of the manager: Livvy! She's just a pure delight! She brings joy to every interaction -- providing the perfectly tailored amount of interaction b/c she can read her customers -- fast and efficient when we're in a hurry and the line is long ... easy, breezy and friendly when there's a little more time to have fun and be human to each other! I just can't say enough! Thanks Livvy for being a role model for all service industries. You set the standard!

I would like to take a moment to compliment the employee Natasha. Her upbeat positive joyful spirit puts me in such a good mood the rest of my day.
