I’m usually a good planner. I rarely let time get the best of me. Well, I had a very important production event and to show my appreciation to a “stellar cast” I ordered shirts from a local vender. With four days until show time, when I picked up the shirts, the production name was spelled wrong. I was told that a redo of the order could not be done prior to the event date. I was in tears and at a loss. I had people traveling from Chicago and Springfield – I couldn’t cancel. Then I remembered Fully Promoted. You see, about a year ago, I ordered some team tumblers, and I just didn’t factor in that they print shirts too. Go ahead say it, silly me – I know. I immediately made contact and was told that they can do the order and have all the shirts ready the day before the event. The production event was a success and the cast felt special and appreciated.

Fully Promoted went over and beyond! They finished the job, as promised. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service and customer experience. I brought in a couple patches from the 1970s for my brother. They did an amazing job creating digitized files for me to embroider. I have previously had a book bag embroidered for my grandson and it turned out perfect. The staff is very pleasant to work with and really care about the customers.

We use Fully Promoted as our shirt supplier for our business, Los Cabos Cantina & Grill in Peoria, IL. They have been providing our staff shirts for the last 5 years since our opening.
