Millennium Computers

Millennium Computers is as good as you can get in Greeneville. I have loved everything they have done for me, they have built a couple computers for me, taken care of any issues that I may have, and always welcome me back if I ever need help. They are great with sticking to their word, they give you a time and price, and they stick to it. My most recent build was by far my craziest purchase when it comes to computers, and there is no one else I would trust to do it, even myself. They are extremely easy to work with and their pricing is amazing, if there is anything you need done, do yourself a favor, and give your business to Millennium. I appreciate everything they have done for me, and they will not disappoint. The photos attached is my latest build from Millennium, it is nothing short of amazing.

Charlie and Kyle provided exemplary repair service on my computer they determined needed a new CMOS battery. And they did NOT charge anything as they stated it was a minor repair. Service like this is few and far between nowadays, and so very welcome!

These guys are amazing. Kyle and Charles(spelling, never really asked if I was hearing his name right lmao) are super friendly, have helped me with multiple products and are BY FAR the BEST computer guys in East Tennessee IMO! Much better than computer pros(🤢🤢). Idk what anyone else considers "cheap" or "pricey" but the quality of work they do here at Millennium Computers" is absolutely worth every penny. They're very knowledgeable and very prompt on any and all issues. If they don't have the parts, they'll get them. Even tho I live 40+ minutes away and could probably do the work myself, I take my rig to them every time in order to support their business and make sure it's done 100% properly as I trust them way more than I trust myself. Highly recommend. If I could double the rating stars I would.

Absolute amazing service, was able to get my problem fixed same day

I've had my pc messed up for awhile now and am usually pretty good at being able to fix the problem myself. I finally broke down for the first time ever and went to a repair shop (millennium computers). Kyle was really friendly, gives great advice, explains the problem, and was able to fix my computer in only a day. After having the issue for over a month it was extremely impressive and worth every penny. I highly recommend giving this shop your business for any and all computer related problems. I have a custom built pc that I've had for a few years now and was really pleased with how knowledgeable they were with everything. 5 stars for the amazing service, quick fix, information, advice, and how personable they are. Definitely better than any best buy/ office depot/ etc repair. Also is extremely cheap considering how great the service is.

This place is great ! They are excellent with computers of all types. I am extremely pleased with their service. The staff is helpful, polite, and very honest. I highly recommend these guys for your computers.

Recently moved into the area and was in need of serious upgrades for my machine. I found this place and I had to talk to him. His customer service is much like his cable management, amazing! Will definetely go back for more upgrades in the future! He tells you how it is and offers good solutions.

My charger for my laptop broke. I purchased (from 2 different computer shops) 2 different chargers. The owners of the "other two" shops argued with me that the chargers I was being sold would work undoubtedly. Only after I called Millennium Computers was I sent home with knowledge AND a working charger! These guys know their stuff! Their customer service was impeccable. Kyle even called to make sure everything was in working order. I could tell they were concerned with my level of satisfaction not just making a sale. I wouldn't recommend another repair shop. Took my ps4 to computer pro last year to get a new fan. Left it sitting for a month before I tried to play it and it wouldn't connect to any controller at all. After they had it for about two months. Took it into MC today and he fixed it in 5 minutes!!

Execellent place to go for your computer needs. I drove from Jonesborough to come here because of the 5 star ratings. and the service I received did not disappoint. They are very knowledgeable and give excellent and fast service.
