A vegan hidden gem! I enjoyed this place. Newly opened. A very kind gentleman owns the restaurant and was able to explain items on the menu. There's enough room to order with some sitting area. The pancake was delicious!

HIC is like a little food oasis in Beacon. Great food, personally made by the owner. They also make the MOST amazing fruit sculptures! Check out my nephews response to the duck we had for thanksgiving! So cute! I hired them for two events. The sculptures were a huge hit with my guests and the fruit they serve is top notch. I love these guys. Yummy place, yummy food. Yummy people. Just tried their new antioxidant powder. Gonna add it to my smoothie every morning. So good to have these folks right in my neighborhood.

My new favorite place in Beacon. Such amazing high quality fresh ingredients. Even my picky daughter loves the smoothie bowls and blend-7 juices. The owner is incredible nice, and will answer anything - he will cater to needs (vegan) and does indeed live the healthy lifestyle and is there to help if you need it. The place delivers and the woman there in the morning is so incredibly sweet and helpful. I truly hope this place stays local forever! Check it out- you won’t be disappointed! And try the coffee… amazing!!!!

Just visited this lovely little place, met the owners Marquees and Angel. It’s great to patronize a small business that is locally owned and operated in a caring and conscientious way.

The food is great, they use fresh ingredients and put a lot of thought and care into their preparation. As a customer you can feel that quality in the way the food tastes.

As a small business owner myself I am rooting for these guys.

I love this place. It's delicious and healthy. This is the best place in beacon for smoothies. The harvest wrap is one of the best wraps I have ever had. What a great concept to eat a variety of colors. It looks great, tastes great and has the complete spectrum of nutritional nourishment. Best vegan and vegetarian options in beacon.

What an awesome place!!! The food and smoothies were delicious. We had the Sesame-ginger wrap and Banana Almond smoothie. Quality, healthy, fresh ingredients that you can taste. We will definitely be visiting again to try out more items on the menu.

Everything is amazing!!! I love the food, the smoothies and the juices… My absolute favorite is the oatmeal bowl!!! I’ve been multiple times with friends and family and we are never disappointed!! Even the kids love it and it’s all so healthy for them!!! Katrina and Angel are awesome and we will be going back again soon 🤩

The food is AMAZING! Especially the protein pancakes and avocado toast!!! I love to order my own customized smoothie and have my fruit bowl. Every time I eat here I leave feeling super energized and ready to start my day. The owners are also very friendly and give great suggestions on what helps with different things.

Best smoothies in Beacon. Always fresh and better than ice cream cuz no guilt! Pancakes and fruit great breakfasts and salads are fresh and inspired. Very focused on clean eating and health. They do meal plans.

I was skeptical of this place at first because it seemed like one of those million fake weird health places with horrible food. Well I can tell you the smoothies here definitely don’t suck. I had the banana and almond smoothie and it was really good. I’m not much of a smoothie person so I probably wouldn’t come back but if you do like smoothies then definitely give this place a shot. The prices aren’t bad and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.

Fresh delicious smoothies every time! Love the mango+banana+mixed berries smoothie 🍓 and the Mediterranean Garden salad!
Also saw a picture of the harvest wrap on the screen and that will be my order next time, it looked soooo good.

Went in today and had the banana almond smoothie. Absolutely delicious. All the ingredients are clean and healthy. Want to support our local businesses. Will be going back. Highly recommend

Angel and Marquice are very friendly and made great recommendations on what my wife and I would enjoy. The wraps are big and delicious. If you are looking for a quality healthy meal, check this place out!

Overall a really great place to get fresh squeezed juice, their athletes bowl is also amazing! The owners accommodated to my peanut and tree nut allergy as well. Great experience

We had such a good experience here. The food was great. I had the avocado toast and my girlfriend had a smoothie. All of the ingredients were fresh and flavorful. Healthy in color is definitely one of the best places for food in Beacon. Highly recommended!

This place is amazing! I don’t usually give reviews but I had to give a shout out for this place. Tried a wrap, a cold pressed juice, and a smoothie and they were all a 10. NYC quality, you have to try this place, you won’t regret it.

Food was amazing! Went in for lunch, filling but light. You leave full and recharged ready to take on anything.
