Fantastic! food was hot and fresh. Nuggets & frys were crunchy & juicy. They did forget my drink & sauce for the nuggets but gave us two large Cokes for the inconvenience. Cashier was nice and courteous.

Good Food, Great Prices.

Ate there today 6 March 2020! Had a steak egg and cheese bagel, hash brown, orange juice, and small French Vanilla Coffee! All delicious and tasty; delivered to our table! It was magnificent! Only drawback was the ketchup dispenser was out of product? Could have gotten some packets and was even asked if I wanted some! But, by that time, I had already devoured the hash brown! The restaurant was clean and look very presentable! The cashier was very pleasant! She appeared to be management possibly, because she was not in the typical McDonald's uniform? They just recently remodeled this location! Looks spectacular! The view from the inside looking out is not really of great ambience! Construction on one side; South High Street on the other? But the expansive windows lend towards openness! Great patronage there too! There was Frank... Waiting for his doctor appointment, and Jess and Joe! The double J brothers! Seemed like the location was their regular haunt? I do wish that the name tags of the staff were conspicuously displayed? They could have made their way into this review? Will have to suffice for the description I aforementioned! There was one older lady crew person. I have seen her there on most every occasion I have visited! She is a wonder! She is always busy doing something to better the appearance and atmosphere of the restaurant! She also is readily able to converse if you want! So if you see me in a Marine or a military hat with my camera in full swing. It's me!

Visited on June 5th. Was able to enter lobby and order. Unable to dine in due to COVID-19. Ordered 2 breakfast 🌯, medium OJ and small coffee. Dean and Dorsen uü78 that day.. Service was quick and efficient. Did however get sugar instead of sweet-n-low. But it's all good..

Visited on June 26th. Was great.. Basic Drive-thru encounter.. Nothing special..

Visited on July 3rd.. Was great.. Was able to order from inside as carryout.. Kai.. Was cashier.. Very friendly and personable.. Expediter was Shawna.. Asked for drink tray from her.. She was very polite.. The breakfast burrito was awesome.. Fresh and hot.. The hash brown was fresh.. Not greasy.. The orange juice fresh and cold.. The mocha cap on point.. Please keep up the good work..

Might be working backwards.. LOL.. visited the lobby on the 17th of July.. Great.. Little different but great job.. Kyle and DeAndre.. D was on break.. His name comes from his dad's middle name with a D in front.. Picture is of Sue.. Regular all the time employee.. She must have been on break too.. Service was fast and courteous.. Asked Sue's permission totally.. Young man with Lion tattoo was later born in July was a Leo.. Had a son named Danny.. Both were customers..

Actually everything went good, my food was hot and fresh. The workers were very nice.

Love the throw back McDonald's. Nice and neat. Got busy and seemed as though staff handled it well. Bathrooms maintained. Wheel chair accessible. Clean parking lot. Old school high chairs so adorable. Well maintained property. Still feels hip.

Great McDonalds during the day! Cashier today was very friendly and reminded me of customer service before the pandemic.

Happy Birthdah Grimace - Your shake is a little bit lack luster. To improve on it, add some freeze-dried berry bits or something.

I've come here many times since I was a kid and had no issues. For a McDonald's, the staff is always nice and friendly. I had an issue today with my bill that was a verbal confusion between the first drive through lady and I, they were nice and respectful and the manager fixed the issue quickly and got me out of there in no time.

McDonald's has gone down hill. Their food is not as good as it use to be.

Extremely nice and patient staff. This is the first mcdonald’s where my food wasn’t completely destroyed, and the fries were actually salted. Food was also hot and fresh. Best experience overall 10/10

The lady in front of was very disrespectful (Karen) and rude while on the phone. The manager did her order. Handled the situation to a T. Still giving the Karen respect while ringing her out. If you feel that entitled you should look elsewhere for your lunch. I personally will be back at this location where customer is exceptional no matter how unruly the customer gets. Thanks Tony

Getting HAPPY MEALS for grandchildren and four adults meals was a good size order. I opted to go in instead of backing up the drive thru because I didn't want to be rude to other patrons. I found that the lady who took my order went above and beyond duty to make sure everything was as ordered, she also helped me to organize the order to make it easier to carry and transport. I was extremely impressed and appreciative of her customer service, friendliness and attitude.

Staffing was very attentive. Food was hot, fresh, and very delicious. I dined in so the lobby was very cold. Overall, I would definitely come back again!

I usually go during the breakfast hours. I love hanging out with the regulars. We sit drink coffee, or soft drinks with a lot of FREE REFILLS! Never having to go to the counter to get our coffee refills, soft drinks we sometimes have to get ourselves: all depending on how busy Lynn is. Hes THE BEST EMPLOYEE THEY HAVE!! No hes not a relative but a friend to all of us that go.

It is so refreshing to see a McDonald’s that is fully staffed and has an open dining room. It’s McDonald’s…. Not every order is going to be right and not every employee is going to be perfectly helpful. But the owner was on site and working along the crew and my experience was great today.
