The service was great & had a good time even though the process take a bit to get done with when you buy a firearm but that is normal. Paul was very friendly & easy to talk with him, I had a lot I wanted to do trade in of my Ruger EC9s carrying concealed firearm to upgrade to a 9mm Springfield hellcat , get a scope & rail mounts for my Winchester 270 & need a new holster for new firearm couldn’t ask for better service. I have bought 5 firearms from Vance & have had both my bows there to get serviced & bought arrow & broad heads. No matter who has helped me they have always been very nice & knowledgeable to what I needed, never had any issues with anything I’ve bought there & have had good time when I use the gun range also, I can believe everything that can with firearm Springfield went all out on this one Ennis handgun you can mount a red dot optics to it or a light or laser underneath of it, I would recommend them to anybody.

This is the best store to go to for your firearm supplies! They have a state of the art indoor range and numerous guns you can rent.
I was interested in purchasing an FN Five Seven. This was the only store around I could rent one to try before purchase.
I actually purchased this gun after shooting in the range. It was a great shooting gun.
I also purchased a top of the line red dot, and their very knowledgeable technicians installed it for me.
I am super satisfied with my purchase, both with the fire arm and the ammunition.
I definitely will be back to get more supplies.

Vance's is always a great place, and a great time. If you like the outdoors, hunting, fishing, camping---you need to go to Vance's. I went there this trip to purchase a new CANIK pistol. Everything went smooth, got what I was there for, and as always, am a very happy customer. I've been dealing with Vance's for over 30 years. They're the best!

The Obetz store was very busy today! All the staff members were processing customer requests as quickly and efficiently as possible. Every Team Member I came into contact with was very knowledgeable and helpful. Great selection of products on display and available for purchase. I was able to obtain everything I was looking for at the best prices in the area. My first purchase from Vance Outdoors was made at the Cleveland Avenue store in 1977 and I intend to continue to shopping with Vance Outdoors as the need arises.

I’ve worked with Shawn on one occasion recently and was very pleased with his knowledge, patience and expertise.
Most recently I made a purchase working with Rick and it was a fantastic experience. Great guy, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable.
So far I’ve had great experiences here and the prices were more than fair.

Other than the wait to speak to an associate, the experience was really good. And don't get me wrong, I waited about 45 minutes but they were extremely busy and did get through the clients quickly. I did quite a bit of price checking before going there, and they had the best price for what I purchased. The associate I worked with was great, background check was quick and easy, and I was very satisfied with my purchase. Thank you, I will absolutely be back in the future.

Your group was always very professional, and the first time going to the range was no exception. I would like to add the friendliness, humor, and total explanation of everything was very much appreciated. We, enjoyed it as a couple and had a great time. Both of us are usually very busy and I kid you not, I have been trying to get there for about 7 years. The prices we very reasonable, great local enjoyment. Definitely going back for date night.

Always professional and everyone's helpful. My favorite Vance outdoors to visit. It's been insanely busy lately and I expected to have to wait a couple hours to pick up my new firearm but I was in and out this last time.

I felt welcomed to the store by a few associates who were friendly. In particular, Willie was very helpful in asking if I found what I was looking for and stopped what he was doing to help me locate something. Great experience every time, my salesman is usually Nolan and he is by far the best. Always extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and goes out of his way to help. He makes me want to come back every time.

This is a great place for a woman to learn to shoot. I always find the men working at the range desk so helpful and willing to share their knowledge and experience. When I asked about classes, they listened carefully to my goals and helped me choose the best classes to achieve them.

Its always a great experience at Vance outdoors. The staff at the Obetz store is top notch. They know their guns inside and out. And are able to answer any questions and offer their personal thoughts on the weapon. The whole thing is so streamed lined and easy. I would highly recommend the Obetz store to anyone looking to buy a gun, looking for accessories,supplies or just wanting some range time. The environment is simply fun! Never had a bad time while there.

Deals are always great. Overall, the staff is amazing. Today I had a neutral staff experience. The staff member was good at his job but a little rough on the edges. The customer prior to me looked at an item for a few minutes then decided he didn't want it and the staff member muttered, "what a waste of time" after the man left. Whatever it is what it is. I was excessively cheerful when he waited on me and got one thank you at the end. I know customer service can be thankless but at least fake it some. Transaction was fast cashiers were friendly. Deals were great.

Love this place! Paul was great in helping me with a transfer! It is too bad that I couldn't buy it directly from Vance since they don't really stock much HK products.

Did not know they had a store here. Very well lady our. Lovecrhe on site range and gun rental. Very reasonable prices. On everything. Some clearance items as well. My boys, who are both ten, were excited for me to take them to the store they love the outdoor fishing and bow hunting supplies. I love the fact they will let me tech them on the range there one st a time, of course. They said they even do range safety classes for youth. I am excited to take them. Not the backyard way my dad taught me but will be good for my boys.

First time outside of downtown n found this store! Definitely be a return customer 4 yrs to come! Amazing selection on every brand and thing you need or wish for! Lol
The prices are comparable with anywhere else ton of ammo! The range we didn’t get to use yet but looked amazing! The customer service is what sold us everywhere you walked there was an associate asking if you needed help finding something or to answer your questions! Highly recommend this store! Found a great blade 2 !!!!
