They're kind of busy in their location. food's good

At 930 a.m., I don't know what they did, but they were a WELL OIL MACHINE. I spent 5 mins in line! Never had food so fresh nor fast.

This is the one that has ypur icecreams and frapees shakes 24/7 it does not matter what time yes at night it may take a bit but there are 2 employees so be paitent people they do what they can but its open and service is always good .Keep in mind also im a 3rd shift person so this is open when i go to work and when i get off work its easy that late and early in the am for me as stores are closed and no longer open anymore .

The staff is friendly and fun. The food is always fresh. My order is always correct. I order through the app and have never had an issue. Thank you to the hard workers who make my day just better with a great meal.

Today was my first drive through order with voice technology. It worked just like Alexa and my order was pretty easy to say. Since I wasn't aware grilled chicken was no longer on the menu, it asked me if it should transfer me to a real person. Works fine by me!

We had our little girls 5th birthday party here it was fun with the package deals the kids had a great time playing the arcades bowling jungle gym pizza and drinks I think we would go back for another birthday party

I must admit, I did have a few problems with my orders several times, However, These issues were professionally corrected as to date and I have had nothing but great service from this location, perhaps because I'm known due to daily purchases??? Not a Day goes by, Thanks to My BFF, Rhonda D.She Takes me there and treats me to the best Ice Tea 🍵 one could ask for!!

The people are so friendly and kind. They are always looking to help. The food is always excellent. They bring food out immediately. If you want good service I suggest going here because they always offer to give you stuff or do stuff for you. They even tell you about offers they have which is helpful! For some reason McDonalds fries are hard for me to like but this place always makes the best fries. Crunchy outside but not hard, soft and warm on the inside. Great parking. I love this place so much and come here all the time!

Sometimes the drive through is slow.

Thank the lords that they were open on Thanksgiving!!! My husband was ill and the only thing he could eat was a McRib. People, this is not a joke. The girls working were so nice, friendly, and the food was hot, fresh, and (he says) DELICIOUS.

A surprisingly wonderful experience. I tried two other places and was turned away by the wait. I usually avoid McDonalds because of traditionally bad service. This was my first visit to this one and was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted with a true smile and warm helpfulness. After ordering, and despite being busy, I received my order in less time than I spent across the street waiting to be abused. Truly a great lunchtime experience!

One of the friendliest crews I have ever experienced. Order correct, fr a h and hot even though we rolled through at noontime.

Really well done. Some of the fastest service for a busy drive thru and the sandwiches weren't sloped together like I'm used to seeing at many McDonald's I've been to. A little difficult to get out after the drive thru, but relatively easy to get back on Alum Creek or to 270.

As long as you know how to navigate the ordering kiosks, this McDonald's will not disappoint. Quick, friendly, clean and got our order correct. That's all you can ask for.
