Went here during our time in the area and the smoothies were delicious!! I ordered the Mango Magic and it was heavenly! It consists of mango, pineapple and non- fat yogurt. The smoothies are prepared with fresh fruit and taste magical. 5 Stars

I ordered the Chipotle chicken flatbread, kale slaw, and a blueberry smoothie. The flatbread was pretty good, the kale slaw tasted very fresh and delicious, and the smoothie was okay.

Food came out very fast and the prices are very reasonable. I was satisfied with how big the smoothies were.

Came back and ordered the avocado grilled cheese. That was okay. The sweet potatoes as a side were a little disappointing. My mango magic smoothie was tart and amazing tho!

Shout out to Liz at this location. I place my order before arriving at least 5 times a week, her personality on the phone and in the store is always so pleasant and helpful. She doesn't seemed to get stressed when handling multiple customers while in the store alone. Her care, kindness, and professionalism is a level of customer service that should be valued. Thanks Liz!

The service is excellent. The smoothies, flat bread and wraps are always perfectly made. It's always a pleasure as a Veteran to support a Veteran owned business.

Great location with great staff. I went to this tropical smoothie on 1/13/2020 around 6:45 p.m. I had mobile ordered and paid for a grilled cheese and smoothie. They were out of the bread when I got there and offered me any other sandwich, even though the grilled cheese costs a lot less than the other sandwiches. They made my new sandwich very quickly and we're very polite. Great customer service!

Fresh healthy food crafted ain't no way that is so delicious. Everyone is friendly and go above and beyond to be helpful, quick, and thoughtful. They are very patient with people who take a long time to order. That means a lot from a 67 year old lady. One of the best places to get a nice lunch that is not too expensive but very healthy. The menu is diverse as well as the smoothies. Love to go here at least a few times a month while dropping into Walmart. It's a favorite and will remain so

I usually don’t write reviews but I just had to share.I just recently when to the Tropical Smoothie in the Crossroads and maybe the employees were having a bad day ( possibly because they had to work on Sunday) I had been there in times past and never felt like I should have sent my money somewhere else as I did this time 01/10/2021 But this time wasn’t the case. Anyway I took a chance at another store since in was in that location (Kildaire Farm Rd) I expressed to the young man what a bad experience I had , He reassured me that he could and would make it better. And he absolutely did as he said. Thank you so much for listening.
My only regret was I didn’t get his name😊.

THIS PLACE IS THE BEST! SARAH is one of the best associates, which work there! She has a bubbly personality and is very humble. She remembers my name and my order, which shows she's great at what she does. The place has a very ambient vibe. I love the music they play. All associates are fast at taking and getting orders out, which is great for customers. I love this place and I'm a regular now because of the great Peaches-N- Silk! I love you guys! Thank You Sarah! Don't forget to go to TERIYAKIN'! I LOVE YOU GUYS!

I’ve always gone to smoothie king because of it being 15 ft from my work. But I am in love with tropical smoothie! The veggie hummus wrap is total deliciousness!!!! I am enjoying trying almost every one of the smoothies tropical smoothie cafe has to offer. Haven’t had a bad one yet.

This is how it’s done! Their product is great but the people that work here are even better! Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They take such good care of each customer and deserve to be taken care of as well.

I come here at least once or twice a week because of this level of customer service.

Quite loud due to the blenders but made me more anxious to taste the smoothies. They were super fresh and tasty. True to flavor (real fruit) you can see them making it for you which is great.

The smoothies are amazing!! Always fresh and one of the healthier chains. They use fresh fruit and have nutrient boosts you can add. They also have a great menu of food with fresh wraps, sandwiches, flatbreads, bowls, quesadillas, and even breakfast. Definitely a great place for a healthy meal. I only wish they would get gluten free wraps - I used to love their wraps before I had to go gluten free.

Fast and friendly! I love this one more than the one at Crossroads and I'll come the extra 5 minutes here. Sometimes I mobile pay others I order inside and even with a busy rush they bust out your food and smoothie in no time.

Friendly helpful staff and good food! I was new there, and the counter server was great guiding me through the menu. I was very happy with Cali flatbread... it was delicious! This 50+ y.o. guy will be back!

Delicious tropical teriyaki chicken flatbread sandwich. chicken was tender and juicy lettuce ,and tomato’s were fresh, the teriyaki sauce was spot on, and the flatbread was soo soft. My smoothie kept me hydrated all morning/afternoon.

The staff here are very friendly and are always willing to make suggestions. I typically get the same thing and I think it is cool that from time to time they try to get me to branch out and try different things. I love going to Tropical Smoothie Cafe!
