Best place that ever found for a delicious cake .🎂
I went working on Augusta and was looking for a good place to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. There were many options, but I decided yo try this place and I couldn't be happier with it. The food is great, and the service is excellent. The atmosphere is perfect to go with friends. They have plenty of options for food, drinks, and desserts .I live two hours away but will come back every time I can for sure .

Delicious food that is unique and flavorful. The sandwiches and soups are amazing and there are lots of choices on the menu. Our server was friendly and checked on us often. Definitely a great lunch spot!! Can’t wait to go back!

The cake is amazing! The cheesecake is even better. Huge slices and the flavors were incredible. If you're ever near here, try this place. The pieces are huge in portions, but what makes them even better are the flavors!

Wow! Came in for some recommended birthday dessert. Cake slices are HUGE! So moist and delicious. Full of flavor, and presented beautifully. Jason was our waiter and was awesome! Led the room singing “happy birthday” for my dad. Very sweet gesture, amazing service. The lemon blueberry cake, tropical cake, and peanut butter chocolate cake were all to die for. Can’t wait to come back!

Love the live music on Sundays during brunch! Everything was great! Definitely recommend the cinnamon rolls topped with bacon!

I visited Boll Weevil over 3 yrs ago and definitely love it!! Went on a vacation and had to drop by one of my favorite restaurants. Food is always amazing and the desserts is always a heaven!! Great place to relax and enjoy amazing foods and desserts with friends or family!! Come by and check it out!! Service is fantastic!

This little off the beaten path restaurant is well worth the time to visit in the heart of downtown Augusta! From the moment we walked through the door and were greeted by Leyla to the moment we were ready to leave, we thoroughly enjoyed some of the most delicious food we have had in a long time. The atmosphere is eclectic and unique, casual and friendly. Leyla was instrumental with her food suggestions and dessert selections. Try to eat light amd save room for dessert OR just go there and eat some cake!

I've had the Boll Weevil listed as a "Want to go" place for over a year, but I have never made it back down. However, while in Augusta for a basketball tournament, we finally had some time to kill, and it was a great choice. Fantastic area, building, service, food, and the cake was incredible. My wife is very picky, and as we were leaving, she said that we have to come back. Highly recommended!

I've lived here my whole life at 38 this was my first visit but won't be my last. The wife wanted dessert after our anniversary dinner and they did not disappoint. I've never taken desert home before haha. And it was delicious.

Be careful when you first walk in, though, as there are stairs immediately upon walking through the door
We didn’t come for lunch or dinner but we arrived here after our main meal to have some dessert
We ordered a slice of cake each and, oh boy, the sizes of the slices that came out made up for the price!
We couldn’t eat it all in one sitting and took it home (the perfect chocolate was big enough to be cut up into 3rds)

Someone from the area recommended this bakery. As someone who doesn't really "do" desserts, it was so good, I actually didn't drive off. I sat in the car and ate about half of the hummingbird cake before I took off. The turtle cheesecake was also very tasty! I will definitely be back.

If you go to Boll Weevil ask for Reagan!!! She guided me to great choices on the menu!! Fried Green Tomatoes and Tomato Apple Soup!!!

Love this place, the seared ahi tuna on top of a salad with mandarin oranges is my favorite. They make potato chips in house. There is nice art on the wall you can purchase. Best part is the desert. Sometimes we go purely for the desert. Peanut butter pie is fantastic so is the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake! Great place

11 of us came here for lunch after a bike ride at the Greeneway. The cakes are the main attractions, but we were very happy with the meals & excellent friendly service. Good menu selections. Check out the photos. Sorry I didn’t capture the cakes from others. We were too busy eating them.😁

We absolutely loved it this place. From the entrée to the dessert. Our waitress Dalton was so attentive and helpful with food accommodations and questions! This is a MUST go place.

I’m not sure there’s a word to describe The Boll Weevil. It’s in a class all on it’s own. We got dessert to go and my choice was a lemon cake with a blueberry lemon cheesecake filling. I ate on it for 2 days and more than once questioned if I had gone to foodie heaven. Pure bliss. Don’t let the prices detour you. $11.50 a slice is worth it once you see how truly large the “ slice” is. Can’t wait to try their savory menu.
Tip; there’s 2 outdoor tables that are dog friendly.

This is such a cute establishment. The dining area was nice and simple and the staff was very friendly. I had the spinach artichoke dip and the pasta creole. Such great dishes. I have previously tried their cakes and they are unbelievably delicious. I highly recommend this place!
