Place was busy went through the drive-thru had to pull over to curbside because the other spots were taken food never came for 13 minutes fries were cold Double Quarter Pounder was cold even though the place was busy they need better service. That's the young lady to come back I told her everything was cold and she just stared at me so I knew it was no use to send it back to you hotter food I'll never go back to this McDonald's when I'm there in Los Alamos.

Everyone knows what a McDonald's is. The food is familiar the restaurants are all similar. But the workers inside are different at every location and that made all the difference in my experience. I was treated very kindly and greatly appreciated the respect and understanding Naomi showed when an issue was brought to her knowledge . Will return for that familiar taste we all love. Thank you.

I used the app for the first time and parked in one of the corresponding parking spots outside the building. You just out the parking space number in and then in less than 3 minutes the food was brought to my car window. The food was warm and they even gave me more sweet and sour sauces than i had requested! The orders were made correctly and no detail got overlooked. Thank you guys, I appreciate the attention to order details!

Friendly store and consistent McDonald's treats!

We took our band here after a performance. I did call and give them two days advance notice plus I called when we were on the way. Our party of 34 students and chaperones, who ordered individually, was in and out in an hour and that's with some of the students going back for seconds and thirds. AND, that was during their lunch time rush. The staff was great and the food was good. The Ortiz Band thanks you!!! See you next year!

Clean, cheerful interior, and the quality of food we expected, served hot and quickly. We stopped around 11:30 a.m. and were surprised it wasn't busy. This is a tricky corner location to get into and out of due to raised medians blocking turns, but we were glad we stopped.

I must have visited this place a couple of times during my stay with family in the course of one week. The grandchildren love going because you can get 13 fresh baked cookies for under $4. The staff that was there during our dining in experience were very patient with the children as they wanted to order their special orders themselves. The staff at the counter were quite attentive to please the children.

Fast and friendly service and the iconic McDonald's flavors unite at this restaurant! They were busy but so fast that you would never have realized it. All visible places in the restaurant were quite clean. The staff was friendly and knowledge. I loved stopping in for a bite. I recommend eating at this location if you are in the area.

They have a very quick service with the volume of people they handle. The food is like every McDonald's you eat but they make it right.

As usual, my McDonald's experience was one of the most amazing culinary experiences ever! Considering how fast the food was ready, the deliciousness and nutritional value was simply beyond belief. I cannot recommend this restaurant more highly.

Went on a weekday after work, ~4:30, and accidentally pulled up to the wrong drive thru window. The teenager working didn't even mention it, just ran to the window I pulled up to and ran back to his register to swipe my card. Very polite, service was fast, food was good! I'm sorry for any inconvenience, teenager who's nametag I didn't think to look at!

Brand new location built in 2017. Excellent drive through, quick and friendly. Inside is clean, and bathrooms are spotless. One minor criticism is there has been a leak from the roof that drips water from air-conditioning​ on cars when using drive through.

Same great McDonald burgers always! Amazing staff! No matter how long the line of cars, moves fast and efficiently and orders are accurate!

Bigmac was magnificent, the most succulent hamburger I've ever eaten. It was so good I framed the empty burger box and hung it on alongside family photos .
Staff very accommodating - they gave me a cup of ice when it was super hot , I poured the cubes straight onto my balls, gotta keep them bad boys cool.CONCHOBHAR from Trá Mor , your favorite Irish customer.

Changed my rating from 4 stars to 5 stars. We've had wonderful service recently at this location. The folks working here are amazing. And the iced coffee is so good!
