Holiday Inn Express & Suites Los Alamos Entrada Park, an IHG Hotel

This hotel never disappoints. I’ve stayed here on many occasions, and the rooms are always nicely appointed and very clean. Upon arrival, the mobility accessible room did not have a shower bench, but they very quickly brought one to my room. Their complimentary breakfast is excellent. Food items are varied and plentiful, always well stocked, and fresh. I have stayed at three hotels in the Los Alamos area, and this one remains at the top of my list.

It was very nice and quiet for the most part. It has amenities such as a swimming pool, hot tub, and indoor gym. The only thing I would work on is the thin walls and thin floors/roof. Otherwise very good!

These guys know how to accomplish greatness. The staff, the manager, went above and beyond expectations. Breakfast wasn't bad either. Very quiet and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable 😉 keep up the great work 👍 👏

I loved this place. The staff make you feel welcome and the surrounding areas are breathtaking with so much to do. Clean and friendly with a great breakfast. Close to the lab with plenty of opportunity for exercise.

This is one of cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. Friendly staff, and the location was great. Swimming pool and work out facilities were top notch. Really good breakfast as well. I highly recommend this place if you are in Los Alamos area.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel in a beautiful location near Bandolier National Park. We drove here from GA to visit the park and nearby Santa Fe and were not disappointed with the surroundings. The room was brand new and updated and the hot breakfast was amazing both days. My only complaint was that I requested a room with a nice view (there were views on every side) and we had driven 2,000 miles to enjoy them. However, we were sadly given a room that directly faced a large back facade behind the hotel signage and could see literally nothing. Not even the parking lot. It appears to be one of only a handful of rooms that faced that way. Thankfully, we were out exploring most of the days and didn't have to see the wall too much. When you book, avoid room 215! Otherwise, a beautiful, clean and safe hotel!

The team working at this hotel are AMAZING! They definitely made a work trip so much better!!!! Their breakfast is delicious, the rooms are clean and comfy, they have dove products which is always nice and again the customer service is hands down one of the best I have dealt with whole traveling. They will go out of their way to assist you!!!! And the view yall!!!! Oh my word!

Rooms are high quality but uniformly standard and a bit sterile, yet, fantastically clean and predictable.
Excellent sheets on excellent beds! Every need is thought of and provided for.
REALLY SUPERLATIVE breakfast with incredible number of choices.
From Cheese Omelets, bacon, Bisquits and gravy, & hard boiled eggs, to oatmeal, cold çereal, milk, 2 -3 sorts of yogurt, hot fresh pancake machine, butter, syrup, jam, honey, bread for toast, or muffins.
4 kinds of fruit Juice! several kinds of tea, STRONG full flavored coffee, including decaffeinated, real half & half as well as assorted sugared creamers
Fresh fruit... probably more I'm forgetting even.

All the workers were very friendly, helpful and nice.

Both the front desk concierges, were very friendly and accommodating.

Really best value for only a slightly higher price.

We stayed there after visiting Bandelier National Monument (highly recommended). The hotel is clean and quiet, the room was comfortable, and the location was beautiful. At first I thought it is just a suburb of Santa Fe, not until I arrived there did I realize that the area was absolutely gorgeous. Better arrive there before dark since there is winding mountain road.

Came to New Mexico on a two week tour/ vacation of course every stop I made while traveling there was always at a holiday inn express in every town. Obviously chose this one to see some awesome state/national parks, mountains , and some elk. Out of all the holiday inns I’ve been to, this was nicest and most modern looking one. Great helpful staff and service. Had a real pleasant, comfortable and warm stay. Will definitely be back if I’m ever in the area again.

Five stars are not enough. We are a Florida family with two kids and our car broke down on our way back from Bandelier National Monument. We had to stay two nights waiting for our car to be fixed. We are thankful for the empathy that staff and manager showed for us. The lady and gentleman at the front desk helped us to ease the situation by helping us to find solutions and made us feel like home surrounded by friends. This hotel is clean and offers a good breakfast, but the most important of all is its excellent service and friendly staff. Thanks again!

My husband & I spent our 17th Anniversary there it was by far the best hotel that we've ever stayed at. The front desk people was so nice & helpful they told us where everything was located pool, hot tub,exercise room , ,laundry room & where the free breakfast was served & the time 😊 the breakfast is so good 😋 & the room was very clean & nice ❣ we'll definitely be back 🤗 thank you all

Very clean and modern hotel. Our room was very nice. The hallways were clean and well kept, which to me is always a good indication of the maintenance of the hotel. The pool and hot tub were also nice. The location seemed very safe.

Would have given 3 stars but the Housekeeping staff saved the day. The breakfast in the morning was great the lady taking care of the food was very diligent and kept the tables clean and the food stocked. The jacuzzi and pool was clean and fun and they provided towels, however when you turned on the keys in the jacuzzi it smelled like walking in to the bathroom after someone took a #2. The hotel is also next to a grocery store and a really awesome trail to hike out back. The room has a refrigerator and a microwave. The housekeeping guy was really cool and helped me with extra conditioner when the front desk guy older gentlemen said to me about the shampoo saying it was 2 in 1 conditioner when it was not. I have 2 girls and didn’t bring conditioner with me since we flew in on a plane and that stuff destroys your hair. I can tell this Holiday Inn tries really hard to be top notch and it’s a disappointment that one person could ruin it, however the rest of the staff is awesome so it all worked out. Next time if you don’t have conditioner just say that instead.

I actually stayed here for almost two months, and the hotel is great. Oddly busy for such a small town, but the hotel is situated in a very nice spot. It is on the outskirts of Los Alamos, so you only have a short drive to get to everything. While the hotel is a bit away from the road, so traffic noise is not a problem, on the back side is the local airport. It definitely gets small plane traffic, but it wasn't too bad.

The beds were fine. The room was clean and they allowed my cats to stay with us. They have a pool and a decent breakfast in the morning. Several entrances to the building make it easy to get to your room quickly. The staff here was very nice to me. With such a long stay, I did things a little differently, but they were always nice to me, even when I was asking for fresh sheets every other day.

I recommend staying here for sure.

Had a really comfortable stay here with our dog. Rooms are super clean and updated and very attractive. The staff are all really nice, in particular Manny at the front desk went above and beyond to help us out, thank you! It's a great location right outside of the main area of Los Alamos, with lovely views. It's an excellent area for the pup, as they have a nice little pee area, and there's a really gorgeous trail along the canyon right across the street. Hot breakfast is included (warm cinnamon rolls!) and the health food co-op is next door. A very welcome oasis for us after a few days of camping, we would definitely return.

We stayed here while in Los Alamos for a beer festival. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is dog-friendly for a very reasonable $15 fee. We were booked on the ground floor near a door leading to a grassy pet area which was very convenient. It's also less than half a mile from Canyon Rim Trail which made for a lovely walk with our dog. The continental breakfast had outstanding options; probably one of the best free hotel breakfasts I've ever seen. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed one nights while visiting Los Alamos Manhattan Project NHP. Very friendly staff. The hotel was very clean, and rooms were great with an awesome view. The beds are so comfy.
The breakfast was good specially for Covid time, typical of hotel food. Great pool with jacuzzi.
