The office visit was very awkward and the doctor was so arrogant and rude. We were offered allergy skin for my daughter and she had her skin testing with a nurse for approximately 25 minutes and did not ever see a provider. We were never told the cost of the testing, yet my prior research deemed around $300-400 total. The doctor read the nurse results and posted to our online account. This nurse visit skin testing ended up costing $4500 without ever even seeing a doctor. I have researched EVERY allergy skin testing within 2 hours of our area, and OSF charges 8-11 times the amount of everywhere else. There is no provider in the area that charges anything near the amount that OSF charges I have contacted my lawyer as well as the local news stations to address my concern and bring light to the fraud OSF is charging innocent patients. On another note, the wait time to see this provider is very long (9-12 months, when we were attempting)

years later, she has to get multiple surgeries because of his mistake

I tried to make an appointment, the first time I was on hold for 20 minutes until I had to hang up. Today I was on hold for 43 and still I was not able to talk to anyone.
