My buddy went there the first week in December to have his Corvette work done. They did an excellent job and the price was reasonable. Definitely have no complaints and we'll go back and use them again and again.
The woman at the front was extremely professional and super attentive, and very nice. She was professional in a comfortable way. As soon as you walked in, she greeted us, at that point, I just knew my experience was going to be great. Very hard to find that nowadays. Kudos to her.
We had a list of items that needed to be addressed. Not only were they addressed but everything was explained back to us in detail when we got a call back.
I have not seen that type of thoroughness in quite a while anywhere. Thanks Kykers for the service you provide your customers, it really is very refreshing to know that my Corvette is in good hands.

Took my car there for a radiator hose leak. I dropped it off on Wednesday evening with the appointment being on Friday, just in case they had a cancellation and they did! They fixed my car the next day, it was done before noon! And when they told me the total I had to ask them if they were sure because it was so reasonable! Definitely going to take it back if I have any more problems.

You can always tell a good shop by the way the techs care. This place is clean, organized, and well-equipped. That means the techs take pride in their work, which means they DO good work. Don't hesitate to trust them with your car

I love seeing the classic cars in the lot or showroom. AND they do good work at a reasonable price. It might take a bit for them to schedule your vehicle to be worked on, but a good automotive repair shop is going to have a waiting list.

Everyone is so nice and professional. Each time I’ve taken my car there, they quickly found the problem and fixed it. Cost was fair and one time free. Wish I had discovered them years ago. Highly recommend.

We are halfway to JC and Greeneville, where we live. We started having to be in JC a lot more over the last year or so and ended up bringing my car to two different places for the same issue and couldn't tell a difference. We decided to come back to Kykers, and we are so glad we did. Your staff were absolutely the best. My mother in law had an emergency that required my spouse to be with her all week as soon as I brought my car in, and I had no idea what to do. You all made sure i got to my new job until I got a rental and kept me updated on the repairs throughout the process. Kykers has been working on my F250 and I couldn't be more satisfied. They have done wheels and tires, lift kit, oil change, brakes, and an alignment. I have had no problems out of any of the work they have done thus far, and I know if I did, they would make it right, no question asked. I strongly recommend this team, plus the people at the front desk are awesome and when you have to wait on the work to get done, it really helps. Thank for the awesome work guys.

Idk if I can say enough about my experience with them!!!! For as little as I have talked to them, being out of state, they did fix a problem with my son's vehicle, they are just amazing all the way around!!!! On a scale from 1-10, I'd rate them a 20!!!!! Love them!!!! Communication with them is awesome!!!! I'm sure they're work is out of this world!!!!!👍👍

Bethany was so extremely nice! My son goes to college at Tusculum University and I am all the way in MD and she made me feel so at ease. Her professionalism, knowledge and kindness in helping my son with his Honda was top notch. We had the car towed there and in less than an hour they resolved the problem. I highly recommend Kykers Extreme!!

Honestly, incredibly lucky to have found this place. Everyone is kind and knowledgeable. Even if they need extra time to work on something they’re still better and quicker than the dealership I bought my vehicle from.
