The manager and assistant manager are women so I feel safe knowing I won’t be taken advantage of here because I am also a woman! They stack coupons and military discounts!! Love this Valvoline.

Went for an oil change they fixed my tag light filled my wiper fluid and put air in my tires for a reasonable price and the Mechanics were very friendly and polite will go back again.

I over filled my Highlander with oil. They spent time correcting my error. They checked my tire pressure also. They were courteous and professional. When the were done there was no charge for what they did. The men and women working there were friendly and had great attitudes. I will definitely patronize the facility again. Came here maybe a week ago, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Ashley, the service center manager is absolutely amazing, we had the pleasure of working with her. She really made getting an oil change an experience, was very informative and professional. I have probably never had so much fun, laughed, or lost track of time while getting my oil changed. It went by so fast, it felt like we were here for maybe 15 minutes. Not only was Ashley so helpful to us but she was ready to listen and help out her fellow coworkers. It really seems like everyone working here are like family and get along really well, it's nice to see a shop running so smoothly. Amazing customer service and we had a wonderful time.

What excellent service and personable. Honored me with a Veterans discount and where just great to be having my GMC serviced by them. Ashley kept me informed, did try to push needless stuff at me. “Just the facts ma’am.”

There was an issue with the drain plug, so we were there longer. The service manager Ashley was wonderful and refunded our oil change.
The serviceman Lucas was professional and friendly. They do an awesome job here. Clean, good product, and honest. Thank you.
