Came out right away when our furnace went out and it was below freezing. Quoted a fair price and patiently explained the problem and how they would fix it. Installed fast and efficient- Top notch.

I had a major issue with my mini split and it was 100% stupidity on my part.
I called several companies and none would service it because it was a DIY model. None of them would service it because of that until Arringtons. Not only did they work on it but they came out the next day to look at it. Unfortunately the repair was bad and needed new parts that I needed to order. But as soon as they arrived they came back immediately and did the repair and got it back in working order. Lastly I was super embarrassed to explain how it broke in the first place but I felt zero judgement from them when I explained.
But these are great guys and very responsive. Wound highly recommend them and would definitely have them back if I needed service again. Thank you!

I was putting in a mr cool universal heat pump and called him, and he helped me out over the phone. Great service he didn't have to do that.

This was my first experience with arringtons and they were great in all aspects. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Also explained what was wrong and what they did. The bill arrived a week after the work and could not have been more pleased how fair it was.

We had our ac to freeze up so we called and scheduled an appt. Mr Arrington showed up when he said, went through our entire system, and found and fixed the issues. He explained everything to us in detail about our unit since we had just purchased the house. He also took the time to listen to our concerns and together came up with a plan so this wouldn't happen again. This company does what they say. Arringtons will always be our go to company for ac work. Thank you guys so much for all the help.

Never finished the job! Frustrated with this service. Billed me over $600 and still have the same problem that I originally called about. He said he would come back and make it right but that hasn’t happened yet.
