I contracted with Airpro to install service in my new home after checking several other options. I appreciated the professionalism and friendship from the first meeting. The courtesy they have shown in prompt communication and checking an existing unit in a rental property was awesome. They have shown care in the routing of ductwork and placement of vents with a focus on the finished aesthetics of the room. I’ve been in the building industry for 20+yrs in various states and I’d say these people are at the top of the game… Thanks for what you are doing!

Air Pro came to the rescue and completed a new construction job after the initial contractor didn’t do so well.

We called this morning to see if someone could come out at last minute to inspect the heating/cooling system for a home our clients are hoping to purchase. The receptionist was very friendly and although they had a tight schedule she was able to squeeze us in toward end of day. The technician Shane G. was very friendly, professional, thorough and with good explanation of system. We would definitely recommend Air Pro (and Shane) to anyone looking for good service.

Heat and air system went out and called Air Pro. Sent technician out immediately. They had to order a part. They called and ordered the part which got here as quickly as possible. Tony and Shane came out, installed the part, and checked everything out to make sure the system was working correctly. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I would highly recommend Air Pro. Everyone was very helpful.

In today’s world, where customer service has become as rare as a dinosaur, it’s alive and well at Air-Pro Heating & Cooling. They’re all very caring, accommodating and make you feel like family. Yesterday my furnace stopped working and Josh was quick to show up and help me. He had me up and running in no time. I’ve also had the pleasure of having Eli, Tony and Hunter come to my rescue when I needed someone. I would greatly recommend these folks. I wanted to give a big shout out for a job well done by the Airpro team on installing our new York Dual heat system. Many kuddos to Jeff, Scotty, Joe, Issac, & Keith for the great work that put 2 not 1 ( York High Efficiency 2 1/2 Ton units) in our home in less than 8 hours. I highly recommend their expertise and handling of any and all installs or service for all your HVAC needs.

Good quick response. Heath came out as scheduled two days later, and quickly diagnosed the problem, a bad compressor.
Tony came out a few days later with new parts, and quickly made the repairs. Good service.

Air Pro responded quickly to repair my unit. Tony was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. Unit is 26 years old and air pro has always done me right when they come for a repair. I always recommend them to coworkers, and when they choose another business in town besides Air Pro, 80% of the time I hear a horror story of how their service or installation went. Thanks.

We have been receiving services from Air Pro for over 20 years. They have never disappointed us. Our heat pump stopped working this past Saturday and knowing the temperatures were going to drop that night, we called Air Pro. Tony, one of the service men, came out within an hour. He was very professional yet friendly and easy to talk too. He showed us what caused the problem and quickly fixed it. We will always recommend this company, for they have been good to us for many years.

I've used Air-Pro now for almost a year and have always been impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of the individuals with whom I have interacted. Eli and Tony called before they came and completed a job in about an hour that Cameron told me to expect to take 2 hours. My system looks great and works well. Eli and Tony were efficient and professional in every way. I'm set for the cold weather!

My heat quick working a week ago and me and my wife was freezing. I called mike and air pro and they sent Heith out he quickly diagnosed it and ordered the parts. Shane came out and installed the parts then I realized the inside unit wasn’t working either called them back and tony came out and fixed it that day no my wife is happy so I guess I can have a happy life again THANKS AIRPRO!!!!!!!

Called to have a routine checkup and said they would call before they showed up woke up to knocking on my door at 8:30am unannounced other than that Eli did an excellent job checking everything on the outside unit and inside unit

I highly recommend this company! I woke up to my A/C not working and of course it was a Saturday morning. I called the emergency number and talked to Tony. Within 2 hours he was on site and had my unit repaired at a fair price. Prompt and professional service is hard to find these days.
