I totally recommend Bailey Heating &Air. I needed a couple new electrical outlets and outside lights installed. Landon, Scott and Hunter date friendly, professional , fast and clean.

I am extremely happy with the services Bailey Electrical provided.
Their prices are far, and the two workers that came out did a fantastic job.
They kept checking with me to see if I was happy with everything.
And they were very polite and professional.

Patrick Landon and Hunter had a bit of a mystery to figure out with our Ring camera today and they stayed until they figured it out!!! They were patient, kind and took great care of us! Very good experience from calling office to finish. Very fast and knowledgeable service. Cole was the service provider, he was very knowledgeable with the unit and explained everything he checked and restored our heat in 20 degree weather very quickly which was greatly appreciated. Cole was a very nice and polite young man whom you felt comfortable having in your home. I have done business with Baileys around 20years and always great service. Thank you so much.

The very best family owned and operated business I've ever had the pleasure of patronizing. Today two technicians, named Issaiah and Chase, came to check on my AC, which failed to turn on. Techs were punctual, polite and very knowlegable. After just of short amount of time checking the unit, the reasons for malfunction was made apparant. Repairs were made right away, with a full explanation of mechanisms involving the unit. These guys were wonderful! I fully trust Baileys with all my HVAC needs. And this is for all customers, but in particular to women, there is no "run around" with Baileys. Everything is professional and above board when dealing with this company. It's like doing business in the 50's, where you could trust repairmen, because their word was their honor.

And let me finish with service fees...outstanding prices. Prices are so very reasonable...thank you again Issaiah and Chase - exceptional work!

Matt and Brandon were very polite and informational. They did an excellent job taking care of a built in the wall heater safety check and fully removing an old light fixture and securing the wire for me.
Matt and Brandon were out few days later to install a ceiling fan from beginning (running the new wiring) to finish. They did an excellent job and left everything clean for the right price. They have done all my electrical work.

After contacting Bailey Htg. & Air that morning to report our heat pump was not working, Teddy came out that afternoon and got us going again. They ordered a new blower motor which had lasted 10 years and 3 days later Travis and Skyler replaced the old with new and we are very pleased with their services.

Installed new HVAC. Super responsive and friendly! Install team member gives you cell number for follow up questions. Unit even had an unexpected issue after install and they came back quick to correct problem. Very impressed with service!

I had an electrical issue that started a fire in my cabinet. Patrick, Matt, & Brandon made it a priority to help me out. They arrived promptly, assessed the situation and effectively made the needed repairs so it would not spark and start it again.They even had everything they needed with them. Heat went out on the coldest day of the year, -10° wind chill. Teddy came out for service call and quickly determined that the two coils that provide heat had both burned out. Part had to be ordered. The next week Tucker and Cole came to install the needed part and now we finally have our heat pump working again. Thank heavens I had a back up plan for heat while that part was ordered and installed. Teddy, Cole and Tucker were all very professional and we will definitely use Baileys again.

We've been a customer of Bailey Heating and Air for over 20 years. They have always went above and beyond when we have needed service. After the recent severe cold weather. I noticed something may be going wrong with the outside unit. We had heat so it was not an emergency this time. I called on Monday to schedule a check-up. Cole came out 2 days later and checked everything and reassured us that the outside unit was working with no issues. He adjusted the defrost time. Cole was very informative and explained everything. He offered us a Maintenance plan that covers 2 inspections with cleaning each year. The price was extremely reasonable as always with Bailey Heating and Air. I wouldn't use any other company and I highly recommend them to anyone needing a dependable HVAC company.

Isaiah and Beth were here today 3/7/24 to service my system. I was very happy with both of them. They explained things to me and things I can do to keep my system running good. Please send them for all future calls.

Big thanks to techs Skyler and Tucker for fixing my mini-split. They did an awesome job even though they had to work outside in the rain to replace a couple circuit boards. I highly recommend Bailey!!
