To the Shell gas station manager, while my bus halt at the bus stop next to the gas station, I spotted a pot of water constantly flow next to your water meter, presumably your water service line is leaking.

I came in at about 9:00 p.m. on 10/15 cashier was outside smoking a cigarette didn't come in when I was at the counter and if I did command he proceeded to ramble on like an intoxicated person super unprofessional

Where did the that night shift cashier Olivia she left due to unfair treatment and bias decision the manager would go assumptions by hear say I’m that old cashier just recently came to for visit and for chew out by Vladimir because Nadia the Egyptian girl lied sayings I went behind counter.I finally I said did you see cam he said no and i said don’t assume when you haven’t used them shame place is going down. I think this place sucked since Tatiana left

I went into the gas station to break a 20 and the guy told me no. So i asked if i could buy something then could he break it for me he said i would have to buy 10 dollars worth of stuff for him to break the 20🤣 that makes no sense at all, cant help to feel like this was a race thing….

I purchased a cup of coffee, a can of peach tea and some fruit. I had asked the store clerk can I use some hot water for my tea I had my own bottle and my own tea. Then I went outside to my car to put my stuff inside because I had my hands full. So when I returned to the store one of the clerk's his name is Jeoung he basically accused me of stealing tea saying I must pay for the tea yet I brought my own teabags I showed him proof. He was extremely rude to me and downright disrespectful saying I must come back next time and cook steaks and make breakfast in a sarcastic and rude manner!!!!! Worst service ever from Jeoung!! I've never felt so humiliated!!!!!!!!! Will never return to this gas station ever again!!! Totally disgusting

The cashier was very rude and racist towards me and my husband. Sorry I’m not white🤣

The water to wash windows with is old and stinks. In the last 10 years, the water has been old, dirty and stinky almost every time I get gas. What's up with that? Seriously, how hard is it to replace the water?
