When you order extra of something, you will receive what you order.

There has been a couple times where I order the wrong item through the mobile app, and they swiftly fix my orders/replace my mistake on their behalf.

Will continue to go to this specific caribou because as mentioned above, nothing but good things to say about this location.

Went through the drive-through and the experience was fantastic. Customer service with a 10 out of 10 I don’t order from Caribou regularly but her recommendations made ordering extremely easy and comfortable.

Great little spot for this caribou! Drive thru gets a bit backed up (morning rush) which is no biggie. Have the Caribou App and rewards and walk in for your coffee! They are quick! Love it on a work morning!

Another great experience! I received the birthday coupon for a free beverage and was able to use it a week later when the seasonal flavors hit. That alone makes Caribou stand out from the next running up competition. I also had three different employees wish me a happy birthday, the one taking my order offered a free size upgrade, an extra espresso shot, and even suggested a birthday cake pop. None of that was offered by the competitor who only gave me one day to use my coupon. The flavor was also spot on and made me enjoy my beverage to the very last drop, not the type that you take home and pour out the remainder because it wasn't mixed. Thank you Caribou for taking care of your employees who in turn take care of the customers, seems like a win-win for all!

I was so impressed by the great attitude and diligent service visited. I came in to get gift a lot of gift cards and was quickly and efficiently given my gift cards. The gentlemen taking my order was gracious and friendly while my drink order along side the gift cards. I was very pleased with the attention to detail and effort given to make my drink the way i wanted. I'm thankful this place was so accommodating and authentic.

It's Caribou Coffee! Friendly, fun staff and a nice, relaxed atmosphere. Restrooms seem to be kept clean, and there's plenty of seating inside. The drive-thru is a little awkward with the parking lot situation, but it moves along pretty quickly.

This location is on point. Very friendly, with fast service. Even when the drive-thru line seems long they tend to move people through pretty quick.

One of the best local coffee shops! I always perfer Caribou before Starbucks, although Starbucks is not that horrible. I wish thought, Caribou would give us more drink (both hot and cold) options!
