We ordered our Blazer in February and didn't see it until November. Not in the dealerships control, once it arrived, it had damage. Jared, Matt and the guys were great to work with and getting everything set up for repairs and making sure we had a positive experience. They explained the process and worked hard to accommodate us in getting everything taken care of. Thanks Guys. We had fun and look forward to working with you when we buy our next vehicle.

This car dealership really knows how to provide excellent automotive service. They gave me the best price on tires for my Volkswagen. But the best thing was they provided me with a nice vehicle to drive from Thursday until Tuesday morning why my car was having it's service completed. I purchased a Honda Odyssey from Matt Saxe Chevrolet (through an auction). Bob Berkland, their parts manager, went through the trouble to SHIP me a piece of the middle row seat that was missing, without me ever asking (or even noticing!). If Bob's initiative and focus on customer service is any indicator of how they do things, then Matt Saxe Chevrolet is doing a great job!

CJ is the friendliest, most consistent salesperson I've ever done business with! And I mean from any sort of company ever! While I ended up going with a car from a family, throughout the process at looking at a car here he kept me updated by sending a video of the car, wishing me good mornings and good days, and following up with me on multiple occasions. This story is going to be a little atypical.

I stopped in earlier today with a friend who is interested in a Corvette. Tom Would helped us out. I'm going to be completely honest, I am not a salesperson's best friend. I've owned over 40 cars, I've driven a lot of crazy stuff, and usually I know more than the salesperson does any day of the week. This is why my buddy brought me with in his search, I was a subject major expert. But boy oh boy it was phenomenal to meet somebody at a dealership who knew their product and it couldn't be stumped. With every twist and turn, they were able to keep up. With every concern, they addressed it. It was obvious that they knew their product, and we're passionate about what they did.

They didn't pressure us, they were very professional, and they provided an experience that I thought was long since dead in the car buying world.

We bought a new Silverado 1500 two weeks ago. After visiting another Chevy dealership (in Lakeville) and being promised the moon, only to get handed an insult on paper, we decided to try the 'hometown option' Their inventory has suffered due to COVID, but that didn't stop them. They searched for a vehicle that fit our needs and drove 125 miles to get it. Their trade appraisal and offer were fair, and their new vehicle price was just as fair. In all, we ended up $3000 less than the Lakeville dealership and the truck stickered for $750 more.

Justin Kruger and Justin Koepp both did a great job getting everything handled on the trade and purchase.

Next time around I won't need to drive an hour to be disappointed. I'll just stop in town...
