Dunkin'

I will go out of my way to come to this Dunkin. They are always SO nice and friendly. I messed up my drink order and they were quick and remade it and didn’t make me feel bad for messing up. Shout out to Kelsey; she is the nicest barista I’ve ever encountered. And thank you Taylor for fixing my mess up! You remade it perfectly! Always great service and great coffee at this Dunkin.
They are the BEST Dunkin in the Parma area by far. Will be back so soon!

The staff had a line of cars about 8 long around 7:20 this morning, along with a number of people waiting inside the shop, and 15 minutes later the line was clear and the shop was empty (I was the last in the morning rush). The staff were helpful, the establishment was clean and the wait was great for two dozen donuts. Definitely stop here if you're in a rush and need some perk to start your day out right. ☕🍩

Love my hummus &roasted tomato toast hope they keep it around. Finally something I can eat thank you so much. Coffee is awesome as usual!

I love this place me and all my friends come here and we always get the best coffee. I go to other Dunkin' Donuts but this one by far has the best service and drinks. The workers are friendly and it's a good vibe. I absolutely love this Dunkin' Donuts. I've been to the other ones even some in diffrent states, but no other one can beat this one!!!!

Always a line in the morning but the staff does an excellent job never a long wait the line moves so fast and they always get the order right!
