I love them so far !! A guy name Zack I think that’s his name he made the drink perfectly made it was delicious and since I been going it’s been great and they just opened up I’ve been going ever since !! OUTSTANDING ❤❤

Brookelyn customer service was amazing I gladly recommend her to be a manager if she’s already not she runs the store perfectly I’ve been 3 times since y’all have opened and she’s taken my order every time she’s an amazing and a very respectful person 10/10 will be coming back soon!

All around amazing place and they have the best coffee hands down

Kaylee was WONDERFUL!! She was so helpful to everyone waiting in the Mobile Order line inside. If it wasn’t for her we would all be standing in there for 30+ minutes. They sure need a raise for how busy they were but I definitely recommend the coffee, food, and the workers. They are doing their BEST!! 🤍🤍🤍

Had high expectations now low expectations

We went through the drive thru and the service was fairly quick. My coffee was horrible, the donuts are not good either. My daughter got a drink that she did enjoy. All in all I will not return to this location or any other.

We tried to go a few days ago fot breakfast... it was busy but didn't seem too bad. When we walked up to the door, it was locked despite there being plenty of people in there. Thinking it was a fluke, maybe it got locked on accident, I waited just a second and a young man who was waiting in line by the door opened it and we went in. A moment later, he opened the door for someone else and and a man behind the counter fussed at him saying, "Don't open it; I locked it!". The man in front of me left after that and we followed.
First off all, doesn't that go against fire safety regulations for a door to be locked while occupied during business hours?? Aside from that, it's not like they were packed; it's pitiful if they can't keep up with a somewhat busy store and have to lock everyone else out. Lastly, but certainly not least, the employee had no business speaking to the young man the way he did.
I'm not sure we'll be back.

My first time to go to this new location and they left half of the food off my order, I was charged for it though.

I ordered the mini bagel with everything thing 5 orders. Then I found out bagel is cool from inside and the order is wrong they gave me plain bagels. Also, the coffee is not the same everyday taste difference. I think the people working in there don’t have enough experience.

This place has been open all of a couple weeks. First visit was a disaster.
1. It’s a brand new place and the lighted sign out front was already burned out. “unkin onuts” isn’t exactly a great look.
2. Pulled up to drive-though and the menu doesn’t list ice cream flavors. I ask how to see the flavors and they say they’ll read it off to me. Nope. I don’t have that kind of time to spare.
3. I order a waffle cone. They’re out of them.
4. I order rocky road ice cream. Nope. Out of that too.
5. You made me mad and I just drove off and didn’t order. I was so frustrated that I went on a rant that got my wife pissed off at me and started a fight. That one’s on me, but you started it “unkin onuts”!!!!

I have zero tolerance for this level of incompetence. In this town, first impressions are everything and you score an F on my first visit. I will NEVER go back. In the end, I guess it’s a win for me, because you were just gonna make me fat anyway. Take your diabetes somewhere else unkin onuts.

My iced caramel macchiato is always wrong. It takes like grounded up coffee through the straw, very disappointed
