Very nice, brand new and spacious Starbucks location. Lots of seating room and a centralized, comfy couch that will hold ten people easily!

The presence of this modern, sharp looking coffee spot really dresses up an area of Lufkin that desperately needed a face-lift. So glad this new construction took place.

I ordered a heavy cream frappuccino and it was ready in about 4 minutes! Service was friendly and excited to help.

This has got to be the best Starbucks. Several employees called me by name while I was there. Even after I was walking to my car on the sidewalk, I was personally thanked (using my name) by the store manager who happened to be outside. Then, on my next visit I walked in and the manager remembered my name again and greeted me! Aside from that, the location is new, comfortable for working, clean, and of course the drinks taste great as always. But I was so amazed at how well they treated me that I just had to leave a review.

Very pleasant experience at the Lufkin Starbucks. I'm not a frequent Starbucks consumer so I ordered something that I thought would be good but it tasted horrible. When I asked for just a couple of water because I didn't like my drink, they insisted on making a different drink which was delicious. I appreciate the customer service. Very clean also.

First, I want to say HOW AWESOME it is to have a Starbucks (on Timberland Dr) so conveniently close to my address!!! Secondly, I want to boast about the customer service! EVERY barista I’ve encountered so far have been extremely nice and friendly! They’re a delight to talk to, they promote different drinks and foods on the menu in a way that any person would easily be persuaded to try! Ranging from 5AM service to 15 minutes until close, they’re still very polite and patient! And lastly, the drinks made there have been TOP TIER!!! 100/10!!! The best compared to the other Starbucks location… in my opinion of course. I have not been to the other Starbucks since it’s opening. Even if the line is wrapped around the building because of the service alone, I don’t mind waiting!

Coffee is good, and theirs is for sure. If you have their app, and go in to drink your coffee, you might get a free refill depending on what you order. I ordered the drip coffee, Pike's. Working the Rewards and app and bringing your own cup makes it comparable or lower price than the gas station's coffee next door.

I love this location! Have visited twice and each time the service was spot on and friendly. Store is clean and the parking here is 1000 times better than the other location. This is def my go to location now!!!

I stopped by this new store 4-5 times while in town visiting family. It's huge, and the interior is very much designed to make customers feel comfortable. The Americanos were always consistent (that's why I stick to them at Starbucks), and the staff polite and friendly. The drive-thru operation was on point; no huge delays even with longish lines. This store is in a great location, and very much the new flagship Starbucks in Lufkin.

I'm not a coffee person but I love walking in there for the smell! If you're a coffee person, this is definitely a place for you! A tad pricey but if coffee is your thing it's worth it!

This is my go to now because when I had Covid in 2020 I would stop here and get the "Medicine Ball" ..it's a tea mixture and I add two pumps of peppermint. This is the best drink to help get over a cold and calm a cough. I also love the banana nut loaf which reminds me of my mom's banana nut bread I'd enjoy growing up. The barista are very nice, cheerful, and welcoming.

The staff is wonderful. Perfect environment for coffee dates, work or just hanging out.
