Soon after purchasing a rental house in Peoria, I realized I needed some way to secure the whole property since I didn’t live there. Kern Group installed a whole house security system, including an alarm panel, smoke detectors capable of notifying a call center, if needed, in every room, and cameras (color and night vision) all around the outside of the house. I’m glad they did, because I was able to see at least two people trespass on my property and even steal Amazon packages right off the front porch, for which a court case is pending.

We have used the Kern Group in our business and last 2 homes. The installs were done fast and damage free to our buildings. Plan to use them again. Great service from a great group of people.
