Love the people who work here. They are always nice. It's a great atmosphere to catch up with friends over a nice coffee

After a long day at the National tournament in Rockhill, saw this Starbucks driving by. Took that exit 82 which has abc exits. This Starbucks on exit 82C coming to Charlotte.

The guy who took the order was very polite and nice. The drink was excellent and came out as instructed. I highly recommend.

This Starbucks is always good, unfortunately they told me they no longer have the viral “Sick Tea”/ Medicine Ball, Honey Citrus Mint Tea. Wish they would bring it back. My kids love the Cake Pops !

Pretty standard for Starbucks, but the staff really friendly. Go in there for the sourdough grill cheese.

I love it here I go almost every morning… met this young lady name Claire and she is always such a light… ima review girl and I don’t usually leave good reviews but she deserves it.. she loves her job and always so sweet and has the prettiest earrings.. we be chatting it up while I wait on my coffee as if we are besties 👯‍♀… thank you Claire !!!😄😄😄 for making my Starbucks morning a great morning !!

I love Starbucks so much, this is my home away from home, it’s cosy for me, google WiFi To keep things fast on the Internet, I enjoy sitting down and ordering a Coffee Grande, and drink the coffee slow as I work on my laptop, I am a traveler by night and a blogger by day, I also record allot of video Vlogs and need to edit my videos before I post them to YouTube, I enjoy helping people so giving reviews or blogging or making videos is an effective way to get it done, I buy so much coffee that I have a Gold Card, it was sent especially to me from Starbucks, I get all kinds of perks which I enjoy but best of all it’s free refills all day everyday, which is awesome, One of the reasons I enjoy Starbucks coffee is that it’s high quality taste great and never watered down, I also get points or stars that I can use for free coffee

I frequent this Starbucks at the same time on weekdays, I’ve seen a lot of familiar faces during my visits but one smile stands out. A young lady named Emersyn who is usually in the drive through. She is always so pleasant and kind, greets with a huge smile and never forgets to wish me a great day. I just wanted to point out her pleasantness. Thank you for helping me start my day off with kindness.

Great service! Sweet to my son. He likes to get a decaf iced cameramen macchiato for have a couple couple weeks at school. They let him order and pay. :)

The workers there are polite. Service is fairly quick.

Have great and fast service.. only downfall was my passenger was smoking a cigarette in the car beside me or in the passenger seat of the car with the window down and the clerk decided to tell them there was no smoking in the drive thru...? 🤔 Thought that was hilarious assuming she was in our vehicle and not inside the premises. Other than that mix up the drinks and food we're delicious,just could use some help or work on their customer service issues and how to treat HC

Clair and Jillian were outstanding. I personally made an error on two drink I ordered over the app and they were so nice and fixed it for me without charging me even though I offered. Best Starbucks I’ve ever been to.

This morning I felt sluggish. But coming to this Starbucks and being served by the gentleman with glass ( sorry I didn't get his name)in the window at 9:03 AM on May 10th made my day. He was such a blessing with his greeting and great customer service! Wonderful start of my day!

Super fast service. The drive-through line went so quickly. And such nice staff!

So, I got to this location at 6:30am. Very long line, (drive-thru) took me 25 minutes to get my order. Even though they repeated my order back to me when i ordered, which was a drink and a lemon loaf, when i got to the window they only had my drink and said the lemon loaf was not on my order. I couldn't wait longer, so i just said "don't worry about it" and left. Everyone was very kind. But seemed overwhelmed with the amount of customers. Giving 5 stars because i appreciate service workers. But, want people to know this location is busy really early.

This location had great service! We placed a mobile order and it was ready. They also had the doors open so we could use the wash rooms, an important feature for travelers. McDonald's did open their doors until 9 am... I wasn't "lovin" it.

I love this Starbucks! My husband used to worked here years ago and he said that they always followed Starbucks policy and you can tell that they still do (I also worked for a few years at another Starbucks as a barista). They are consistent with their fantastic drink quality. I always alternate between two beverages and it is made perfectly every time. The drive through can be a little slow but it is worth the wait. I have even thought about driving there from Indian Land to get a drink from them!

The staff here is wonderful! Morning or afternoon they are always happy to please and make conversation. It's also lovely when they remember what you order and double check if you've forgotten anything from previous orders. Love it. Plus the drinks are always on point! 😊👍
