Just a suggestion if there is a puppy in the vehicle they are aware that food comes from the drive-thru and wait eagerly... acknowledge their presence the driver should not have to ask for a pup cup.... consider appropriate sizes also i.e pomeranian vs bull mastiff ijs chuck will eat the
That lil cup and not even blink

We visit this location frequently and they’re always friendly, efficient, and make orders well. Even if the drive thru line is long, it moves smoothly. Never had an issue!

One of my favorite Starbucks - super fast, friendly staff and my drink is always better here than when I order it at other stores.

Even if the line is long, you won’t have to wait very long! Everything is smooth and my order is always right! The customer service is also top tier everytime! The cashier Zoe is the sweetest! Even if you’re at the window waiting she will make small conversation and is just overall a delightful person! She’s one of the main reasons I always come to this location! Keep being awesome girl!

Kingsley just has that dark and inviting atmosphere of the 2000’s 2010’s coffee shop vibe that a lot of places are missing today. I always enjoy coming the this location because of their friendly staff and their ability to consistently make the orders of the best quality. The only downside is they are always if not busy so be patient. Anyways I love this Starbucks and their staff. 10/10!

Indoor seating on a Thursday was packed by 8:30am but there was still center seating available.

This is my go-to place for morning espresso. I usually order ahead on the mobile app and it's almost always ready when I arrive a few minutes later. Drive-thru is usually fast as well. Quad shot over ice topped with cold foam. Delicious!

I have had a cold ,and I asked Erica what she would recommend, and she suggested a mint tea with honey in it. I ordered it and have been sipping on it for an hour. It is amazing and has soothed my sore throat. I can't be more grateful. Thank you so much. This is aside from the friendly and co.forting atmosphere that is produced here. I am able to write in peace.

My FAVORITE starbies! I normally get a brown sugar, shaken espresso with oat milk, chai, brown sugar, and vanilla. They are the only ones that can make it correctly and it taste delicious! I do get hot coffee sometimes I did this morning, and I always ask for extra hot. This is the first Starbucks to ever get it extra hot for me. They always makes my drinks phenomenal!!

The employees are so personable and my order is always right. A pleasure to get my coffee before working midnight. Keep up the great work

I've never actually been one to care for Starbucks, but because of the convenient location (I both live and work in Kingsley) and the FANTASTIC staff, I've become a regular. The drinks always taste better than any other location I go to, and the few times the staff make a mistake they're quick and kind to rectify it. The dragon drinks in particular taste better here than, say, the Baxter location; I had to go to the other today since Kingsley's is temporarily closed, and the taste difference is DEFINITELY noticeable. It was a quick reminder why I usually only go to Kingsley's Starbucks instead of others!

I feel like those jumping here to complain about minor mistakes seem to forget that these are PEOPLE making our drinks and food, not robots, and they're doing their best! No one is perfect 100% of the time; as long as they fix it and make up for it, that's all that matters.
Remember, kindness doesn't cost a thing! ;)

Always really nice staff here and quick with your order. They seem to be able to get people in and out pretty quick even with a long line at this location!
