Levi did an amazing job today coming out and servicing our Furnace. Unfortunately though today was the day the “wheels finally fell off” for our old system. Levi was able to show us the CO readings and recommended some replacement options. Once we selected the unit he helped us secure the 5 year 0% interest deal. Dave and Tymari came out same day to install the new furnace unit. They were amazing and super helpful in explaining the process. Highly recommend the team at Michiana for any heating or AC needs!

Very satisfied w/ the quality and professionalism of services. I had a fireplace gas starter installed by them and called them 2 weeks later with an issue (I wasn’t sure if issue was related to the new starter). It was not related but Josh spent considerable time helping to diagnose the problem. Ryan and Kade have since installed a new AC and furnace for me. What could have turned into dangerous situation for me was quickly resolved. Highly recommend.

Absolutely great - today - we had Josh complete our annual air conditioner inspection. Friendly, thorough, professional and excellent all around. Brenton did a wonderful job explaining different options and Josh did a great job at installation and explaining how everything works. After years of not using my wood burning fireplace I'm happy to have a gas one, which is much less work.

Josh and Chase did a excellent job converting my wood burning fireplace to gas after I could no longer get refractory panels. Professional and courteous. They kept me informed throughout the install and always explained things to me. The price was reasonable and it turned out great.

Always friendly service with helpful advice and knowledgeable experience based information. I haven't needed any emergency assistance yet so I can't review that aspect of their services, but I have them perform the yearly furnace and A/C maintenance and have always had a good experience. I also like that they call me to schedule the appointments because I am guilty of consistently forgetting to do things like that.

Nothing like coming home in the evening, with an expected cold snap a couple days away, to find your furnace isn’t working. I called Michiana and the helpfulness and professionalism started with that phone call, continued through the tech that drove through a rather snowy evening, quickly diagnosed the problem and got us through the night. They had installers out first thing the next morning, they were exemplary! They easily explained the steps they were taking, and were incredibly efficient in their work. Very happy with the whole experience!

Rick did a good job serving our HVAC system and, given it’s almost 30 years old, assessing its reliability. His suggestions and excellent support from the office developed a competitive replacement proposal.
