Starbucks

This Starbucks is a very spacious, clean, and nicely laid out store. The staff is super friendly and are willing to assist you in any way. I was impressed by how quickly they made drinks while keeping the quality standard high.

The patio is a definite plus for beautiful PA days. If you are in the area, this is a good place to stop by and grab something to drink.

This is my go to Starbucks and we usually do drive thru and it’s always good! But today we decided to eat in and I just have to say the team working this morning (9/1/22) is exceptional!! As soon as we walked in we were greeted right away by everyone, service was fast and it’s always clean in here! This has been our best experience at Starbucks yet!! The team working today deserves all the stars, their work ethic, enthusiasm and friendliness was top notch 👌🏻 and kudos to pumpkin being back!!🎃🌟🌟🌟

I’m here on Christmas Eve and the people working did great, the to-go counter has about 30 drinks waiting to be picked up and they still made my order in a decent amount of time I just want them to know they did great 😊

Great friendly customer service and Starbucks quality food/drinks. This is our favorite place to visit they enjoy their drinks and warm bakery items. The store offers comfortable indoor and outdoor seating.

I see some negative comments here and wanted to add. The staff is awesome, they remember names of customers who frequent this coffee shop. They start a conversation and make the visit a welcoming experience.

This is a solid Starbucks. Drinks have always been good, and haven't ever experienced bad service. The food isnt great, but that seems to be the case for every Starbucks I've been to

The staff was so friendly to everyone that came in. We were just visiting the area but noticed they had several regular customers they called by name and welcomed as soon as they came in the door. The staff worked so well together and you could tell they enjoy working with each other! My husband and I enjoyed the atmosphere. I must say it felt more like a small local coffee shop than a Starbucks. Excellent service!

I have been getting breakfast and drinks here for a long time and visit regularly. After visiting a few others in the past few months, I can say this is my favorite location. The staff is friendly, clean, and puts their customers first. I have been disappointed a few times in the past, but you can't expect perfect all the time. Brenda has been my savior some days and she rocks this Starbucks. She is always kind and informative. I can always tell she cares about her job and enjoys what she does. It's not the same without her sometimes.

I love this Starbucks so much!! They’re always so fun and interactive! They’re always remembering people and if you have to wait a few moments for a drink or food they always talk to you and make you feel special! Brenda is WONDERFUL! I love her she’s always cheery and an absolute sweetheart! Nick is great too! I wish I knew more of their names because there are many pleasant interactions I’ve had! They also always make my drink perfect! :)

This Starbucks is amazing! The staff is so friendly and upbeat, Nate is the bomb! Drive thru line can get long but they move fast. Drinks are delicious and perfect everytime I order. Can't say enough great things, I love this Starbucks location!

I really like ordering my drinks using the app on my phone and then just walking in and picking them up off the counter. It's always ready by the time I get there. Store is clean and staff friendly.

My drinks were made very quickly. I placed my order on the app a little late in my travels and I was expecting that I would need to wait. I pulled up within 5 minutes and they were ready, waiting for me. The team looked to be busy and did a great job! It appeared that they all were following Covid protocols

Well this Starbucks saved the day while we were with my granddaughter in the hospital. I had ordered food and coffee for my daughter and myself and when I went to pay, my daughters credit card had expired. I didn't have my purse along but the sweet clerk comped our order. I promise to pay it forward!

This is a little Starbucks outside of Lititz. Not so many people come here so it's quiet, a good place to read while you drink your coffee.

Staff here are always very nice and helpful. Starbucks has started offering coffees and espressos that are cheaper than most other places, and nothing beats the quality of their coffee.

Starbucks is a great place to relax and enjoy the awesome coffee and delicious breakfast treat! So many fine tasting varieties of blends to choose! Whether I want something sweet or strong “John Wayne” coffee! The aroma is palatable as a warm blanket in the winter by the fireplace! The atmosphere itself is a rewarding experience to set the stage for your day with a warm smile and a friendly attitude! The Starbucks staff always makes me feel like I’m a valued person and my concerns are genuinely important to them!

Wanted a apple crisp macchiato but not available anymore. So had a caramel ribbon frappe! It was good!

Great Starbucks, staff is super friendly and know their stuff. Always greeted with a smile. Will continue going back to this one even though there is one in the Target across the parking lot lol.
