First time here and we were not disappointed! 😊

Ordered the California burrito, carne asada, french fries, sour cream, cheese and Pico de Gallo. Delicious, and HUGE! The carne asada was perfect! Tasted fresh and high quality, no excess fat or gristle and cooked to perfection.We shared it and each had a rolled hard shell taco.

The tacos were crispy and hot, filled with beef from end to end, covered with a sprinkle of grated cheese and guacamole sauce. Delicious 😋 The five taco size is enough for two people to share, and reasonably priced.

Now, let's talk basics. The simplest things on the menu, are often the ones many restaurants get wrong, but not here at La Esquina Mexican Grill! Beans and rice. The beans, my Wife and I agree, were the best we have ever tasted. Freshly made from an old, family recipe. The rice was moist, loose ( not clumpy) and spiced just right. Believe, when it comes to rice and beans, coming from a mostly Mexican neighborhood in the Midwest, I have had enough to consider myself an expert.

The chips are house made and the salsa is similar to pico de Gallo, not to spicy but full of fresh flavor.

Bottom line? I've got myself a new, favorite Mexican restaurant, right in the neighborhood! We'll be back!

We were in the area for errands & decided to came for breakfast; what a pleasure & grateful we did. The team Karen & Mgr / owner Lori & another team member were all very friendly & hospitable.
We had the breakfast Burrito which was tasty & amazing while sitting on the patio of the restaurant.
Highly recommended & we are certainly coming back again.

The shredded bee full tacos were amazing. I added shredded lettuce to it which was perfect. The only thing that would have made it better would have been a little bit more guacamole.

By far the best chicken soup I’ve ever had, make me feel I was eating my Mom’s recipe so delicious comes with rice and tons of veggies. Excellent customer service professional and kind. Totally recommend it!!! Thanks!!!!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would!!! Had the bacon and potato burrito and it was by far the BEST breakfast burrito I have EVER had!!!! Little bit of the red salsa goes a long way :) The staff was so friendly and helpful!! This is going to be a MUST whenever we come to Cali :)

Fresh food and great service! This place was beyond my expectations and was everything I could have hoped it to be. Will definitely be coming back here again and making sure I try the Horchata next time! I heard it is supposed to be great!

The best authentic Mexican food… everything is really clean, fair prices, great atmosphere when dining in and the owner and staff are outstandingly nice. Service was incredibly fast too. You have to come taste their Arroz con Leche and Flan, all hand-made here!!

The food was delicious, the portions were huge and the customer service was AMAZING! We felt so welcomed and well fed 🤤 would definitely recommend and coming back soon! Lori was so sweet and welcoming!

I went there for Mother's Day, with my family along with other families. Food was delicious, I had rice,beans and 3 chicken tacos. As we were driving back home. I was thinking of coming back for breakfast the next day. That's how much I enjoyed the food. Next time I go, I'll take better pictures.

We come here pretty much once a week for their amazing burritos! Best Mexican spot around. Also always looks spotlessly clean inside and outdoor on their beautiful patio. Will always be a returning and happy supporter of their business!

Nice menu options, including drinks and dessert.
Gps was a little difficult. Next to car wash.

Genuinely some of the most amazing tacos I’ve had since I’ve been to Mexico, the pastor was the best most well prepared pastor I’ve had in all of California! I will be back ASAP

Sweet rice pudding (arroz con leche) packed ready to go— what a treat! The Chile Relleno bowl is awesome! It is sparkling clean and the staff is friendly!

La Esquina has the best burrito in Westlake/TO. Especially the California style burritos!! Great fresh salsa too, both mild and spicy. And the staff is always so friendly and efficient. I love that they accept Apple Pay too. 10/10 would recommend.

Great Al pastor!!! Sweet and savory. The guacamole is delicious too. Only weak point is the tortilla, it was a little dry/stale. Regardless they have great street tacos and great service.
