Five07 Coffee Bar

Appreciate the unique experience this place brings to us. Not since the espresso bars of Rome have I found this. The added element of a coffee genius in Hyg makes the experience all the more second level to any coffee shop as I feel I learn something every time I go in. Today I learned I was the first to actually finish the espresso flight, which I highly recommend. For those who truly want to experience coffee beyond the buzz, on the level of a fine wine aficionado; check out the newest iteration of Five07🧐🤘🏻👌🏻

I was out in Thousand Oaks for two weeks for work and ended up adopting this coffee bar as my morning reading space. The flat whites are top flight! Ike and his crew make amazing coffee and are incredibly friendly! I will be back for sure when I'm out in the area.

New location. I asked for a cappuccino with latte art (whole milk), and they gave me a cappuccino with latte art (whole milk). The shot was dialed in, and the milk texture was decent. Can't complain.

Already loved the other Five07 location— this one is more about just getting your coffee and going about your day. The flat white is fantastic, shots are perfectly dialed, temperature great. If you like great coffee, give it a go.

Ordered a Latte and breakfast sandwich really good. Nice way to start the weekend

New space for a coffee place I've been going to for 4 years. I hope enough people discover it so it stays around.

I tried the espresso flight. Something didn't taste right. The coffee had a distinct flavor that was overshadowed by something else, possibly from the water being used. I couldn't figure it out, but I wouldn't go back since the peculiar taste was overbearing.
