Dunkin'

There were only two workers here while the drive through was running hot and I gotta say they absolutely killed it 👍🏽 they were working hard, knocking orders out back to back and maintained a kind, professional manner. Hats off to them 💯

This place is in a rather bad spot on a busy traffic circle by a high way entrance. That aside it was very clean, food was fresh and the service was excellent. The guy who took our order was very pleasant, got it right the first time and provided good n quick service with a SMILE.
Imagine that? Yeah it's no longer something a customer should expect but rather something we should be entirely grateful for and should acknowledge when the job is well done. That's honestly my only reason for the review is to say the customer service was far above what's unfortunately become the norm today. I appreciate my morning running smoothly and say hey great job at this DD👍 Thank you very much for having the integrity necessary to deal with the public. I KNOW it's not easy

I enjoyed my large cup of regular coffee it was very nice and hot. Had tried two other Dunkin's east of here and the workers were MIA. Great service here and better location. Thank you

This location blows every other local Dunkin out of the water. They’re friendly, quick and most importantly, they make a good coffee. I’ve stopped going to any other Dunkin around here in favor of this one, even though it’s a longer drive for me. Totally worth it!

This Dunkin had changed management over the last month and is trying there best to improve and have greater service it isn’t gonna take a night but we will get there in time! Good job to the new manager and the new crew trying to fix the problems and improve!!

This is a super local feeling Dunkins despite their location in a gas station and their lack of space available for the usual Dunkins lounge in a lot of coffee shops. There are 2 Dunkins in Easthampton and this one has a shorter space for cars to line up so the line never gets that bad because to participate in that would make it very dangerous and awkward for the many people getting gas or visiting the other shops.
The people behind the counter and on the headsets are locals, serving locals. Everyone is nice to each other, patient, and the line leading up to the counter is usually quiet as people already know their order, and walk to this Dunkins everyday from their home or school. Food is the standard Dunkins food and I am actually allergic to anything food related on their menu except for the Snack'n Bacon which I prefer hot, but Dunkins protocol is to serve it room temperature or at least, not hot. When it is hot, they always warn me which is helpful as I am more likely to eat it immediately instead of putting it down on the passenger seat for 20 minutes.

Dunking donuts is always fine. Black coffee is always a bit too hot but good. Same for fresh donuts. I like the glased sticks.

DK coffee is great 3 bags of coffee for 19.99. They always give my dog a little bag of munchkins for free!!!

This is a great place to stop to get you done come 6 they're always fast and efficient and you're right on Highway within seconds people are always friendly and helpful even when you don't know what you're bordering the coffee is delicious but Donuts are great the sandwiches are even better.

I've been a Dunkin customer for over 35 years. Daily large hot 8/8.

Great Dunkin never got my order wrong and they actually listen when I ask for less ice in my macha 😂

It's open everyday except Sunday and it's where we go to avoid making breakfast but the iced coffees sweet are my favorite breakfast treat ever
