Dunkin'

The staff greeted me pleasantly and maintained friendly smiles throughout my entire stay. My coffee was prepared perfectly and my donut was fresh...at 12:30 in the afternoon! The bakery display was very well stocked. I have been to multiple locations over the years and a well stocked case and fresh donuts at this time of day is rare! I consistently receive prompt, friendly service at this Dunkin and my orders are always correct and delicious which is why I continue to visit. I usually visit the drive thru and no matter how long the line, the staff is always kind and treats me like a valuable person. When I go inside the store is clean, well stocked, and the staff is friendly and focused. Last week a staff member on break saw me coming and came and opened the door for me. Such hospitality is rare! I truly appreciate the lovely people at this location!

The workers are really nice and care that customers have a good experience. The particular order I made through the mobile app turned out to be out of stock, but the worker was really nice and offered me alternatives. For example, I ordered a chocolate croissant which turned out to be out of stock, so she gave me 2 doughnuts of my choice instead. Also, the café is nice and clean and has an appealing atmosphere. The location is good too. The coffee beverage was excellent, just the right temperature and blend of flavor and sweetness. The doughnuts were fresh, warm, aromatic, and delicious.

Great friendly staff. They messed up my order and fixed it with a smile. Can't ask for more than that.

This DD is awesome! Our team had scheduled tag day at another location, only to find out we were double booked. Called same morning to ask if our team would be able to tag at this location and was told yes! Staff was so amazing and customers were very generous! The manager, Hector went above and beyond. Weather this morning was very cold for the boys, but their mission was to raise money for Cooperstown, every baseball Kid's dream! The manager brought hot chocolate out for them! Very impressed! Couldn't be more greatful for the boy's positive experience! Thank you all that did more than your job!

Always great service and they even remember how I like my coffee! People giving low ratings are hating don't believe them, this location has always been good. I go here frequently

Usually always good. but seems under staffed sometimes. Always ask if your extras, for example turbo shot, had been added. Sometimes when they are understaffed its forgotten. But the staff are usually always friendly! And they love seeing my pup in drive through! :)

Nigel took my order. He was super fun and had a great energy and recommendations. Girl at the window when I asked for his name-forgettable. Everyplace needs a Nigel-keep up the fun!

Very efficient for the long line that builds and wraps around the back of several businesses. Don't worry, they move fast and get your order right. My wife swears by their ice coffee and she's picky about such things.

The coffee is great. The staff always have a smile on their face.

They were clean, nice and friendly. A customer who must frequent them came in and immediately the young lady shouted his order out before he could ask! Impressive! I like the small details of life, those are the things that matter.

This is a nice addition to the local area by the convention center! Glad it was there instead of Starbucks!

Good food nice service

Tried a Mocha latte! It was good...my girl stephanie suggested....glad she did...I was getting tired of the coffee. Every day it tasted different and it wasnt as hot as I liked it in the evenings!

I use to love their coffee but now it's a bit stronger. They make the best Boston coffee and who can resist a doughnut. I also like Baskins Robins Pralines and Cream on a waffel cone. Mmmmmm!

Love this place......even though it's usually drive thru

This Dunkin Donuts has very friendly and fast service. Coffee is always fresh and the place is always clean.
