McDonald's

This is hands-down one of my most favorite McDonald’s ever they were super sweet kind. My food was hot. It was delicious. It was just the Way I like it. My fries were perfect. And the staff was absolutely polite. I very much appreciate them.

Awesome McD's, just tried the location, new employees getting trained with mgr support at drive thru, super fast service and great food!

The manager he's very professional. Always treats me nice very nice .respectful youn. Always calls me by my name hello Annette . There's not a time that I don't go in there that he doesn't make my day along with they're the best.

Super friendly staff. I went there around midnight two days ago and everyone was still super up beat and nice for it being so late. I had to wait a few extra minutes for my cookies which is totally okay and understandable because I got the tote and they gave me extra for being so understanding! Definitely coming back to this location!

Best two employees here is the woman taking your order. ( The one who says "my love") She is full of energy, patient, and promotes the sales that are ongoing. The other employee is the young Asian man who takes the money. He reads your order so there's no mistake, gives receipt and is very professional. Those two make a great team . I've never experienced such great employees before at a McDonald's.

First time using rewards and associate was helpful.

My McDonald's at Rt 30 and Lagrange is Always On Point. I am Receiving Champagne Service on a Beer Budget. The Staff and the Shift Managers are Unparalleled. Honestly

Trevor and Angie were quick and very professional. Exceeded expectations. Obviously running this place alone and doing a great job!!

The last month or so the service has been extremely slow....over 15 mins to get food in dining room and also drive up lanes are so backed up you can't get out of parking lot!!!! Need major change on customer service!!!

I never have a problem with this location on Harlem and 171st. Even with a line wrapped around the building, they always get the cars in and out and parked if needed. Workers are friendly whether it's 6am or midnight. McDonald's workers are part of the essential workers group too and should be appreciated as such because they too risk their lives to make our hectic days a little easier during these stressful times. Good job Mac Shack! 👍🏻

Yo, when this location is open at night, they are very efficient, professional and food is good. Sometimes they are close when it says they are supposed to be open, but because of the great service they get 5 stars. People giving low ratings are haters.

McDonald's is McDonald's. The food is the same. It is the employees who make it special. Their welcoming smile, friendly service makes it all worth while. This cashier had the personality. She brighten my day. I know Ray (the original owner of McDonald's) had an employee like her in mind when he started his business.

New visit to this location. Drive thru that turned to carry out cause I overshot the pickup window. Manager didn't question me got my order from the window quickly.

Great location!! Fresh fries!! Line was a little long but only place open for miles. Reasonable prices.

Okay listen, I know it's McDonald's. But this particular McDonald's is incredible. I've never had such a good burger at a fast food place. If all McDonald's made food this good I would eat there all the time. I'm actually praising McDonald's for the quality of the food here. What a time to be alive.

The staff was very informative and taught me a lot about the three choices of television that was looking for. As a result we purchased the TV for our basement that will make the entire family happy

Hands down, this is the best McDonald's in the area. I am a coach and have taken my team here several times. All 16 of us can get served in 5 minutes with accurate orders.

Never a disappointing trip to this place! Now that they offer 24-hour breakfast, I can grab my favorite snack/meal day or night. A breakfast sandwich with their brand coffee is just the best!
