We don't eat out often but I was helping my family out and had my nieces and nephews and needed something quick and easy. I tried using the app and when it wouldn't allow me to pay by cash the manager stepped in and helped me by taking my order and taking the stress away from the app not working properly. The food was out in record time and then he came back and offered the kids ice cream. I was so nice and such a relief to be treated right and then to have someone go above and beyond to make your evening easier and better. Thank you!

Your run of the mill McDonald's experience, but I haven't had an issue with my order here even once. Much more attentive to substitutions and your order in general than the others in this area.

I ordered curbside pickup. It was quick and easy, and my food was delivered to me in no time at all.

Good for a quick bite when passing thru Bismarck it's right off the highway behind the truck stop on the east side of town

This McDonalds saved the day today. I brought 40 middle school students in after another nearby restaurant forgot to prepare our food (we ordered the week before) and the team at this McDonalds fed us all quickly and kindly without any warning. It was awesome. Thank you!

Hardworking folks here, even made sure to correct a missing burger and put in a pie. Very grateful for the good service

I enjoyed walking in and having the choice to order our food using the kiosk where it was equipped with the menu and pay options. Very good service, organized, and clean. Most importantly, great food that was hot and freshly made.

Visited for "dine in" several times, and consistently seeing very friendly and helpful staff, that seem to go above and beyond. Place and bathrooms are clean. Good work staff at this location!

You don't come here to watch your figure. You know what you're buying, but it's so damn good you don't care. And no.. the salads aren't that much healthier. Either eat out or eat healthy. Both cannot be had.

The customer service provided by the staff here is top notch! For a fast food restaurant, they really provide a "sit-down" experience. My favorite McDonald's in Bismarck-Mandan.
