Never been to a Starbucks, the gal was super helpful and made my daughter and I a delicious caramel drink. So friendly and not pretentious at all! I would definitely go back if I am ever in town again!

Hands down the best Starbucks I've been to...the lady with the purple Mohawk was super friendly and directing both staff and customers in a way that had everything flowing smoothly. Drink was made to perfection as well. With the well oiled staff everything was smooth and efficient--even with a line inside and outside.

I am a frequent visitor of Starbucks, and have been to many locations all over the country and in Europe. This morning, I had the BEST experience I’ve ever had in a Starbucks at this location in Bismarck. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and treated with kindness that surpassed the norm. They even have little vases filled with roses on the tables for Valentine’s Day. I pushed through a mobile order, a bagel and a drink that’s not often made correctly. My drink was the best I’ve ever had it, ever. Seriously. My bagel came with cream cheese, that unfortunately it was as curdled/lumpy. I asked for a new cream cheese and they made me a fresh bagel AND provided me a “your next drink is on us” card. I’m seriously blown away. Every single individual in this very small location was beaming with kindness. Thank you Starbucks. I hope y’all get raises.

The shift manager is nice. Try the Nitro Cold Brew - it is amazing.

Absolutely loved it here. I was simply reading a book when a barista approached me with a gift card and said “it’s a gift” and I asked “why?” Perplexed with reasonin behind this, and he simply answered “there’s a message inside” and walked away. I open it and there’s a gift card. This is the kindness that is so rare. Absolutely love the service and how personal they are with the customers. LOVE LOVE LOVE ❤

This... place... is.... the... best!!! Staff is ALWAYS pleasant and uplifting even at 530am. They will happily explain any possible question. I've never had so much as a slightly less awesome experience here and i am here many many many times a week. Each and every employee here deserves recognition for their wonderful work ethics and social skills! If you need caffeine then this is the place.

Drive-through shop, mainly, with limited seating inside. The store was updated last year, so it could have more space for the baristas, meaning the drinks can be made a bit faster. There is also outside seating, if you don't mind staring at the people going through the drive-through!

The staff here are awesome! The line to the drive thru may appear long but they get everyone through efficiently. Generally a long line be completed within 7 to 10 minutes. It just depends on what is ordered.

Barista Carmen is the best! Always friendly. Will keep coming back.

I should know sizes, but I don’t, and due to my ignorance I assumed I was getting a size that I believed to be what I wanted. The young lady at the window gladly grabbed the size I needed. Thank you so much.

Everyone here is so nice. I don’t even come for the coffee anymore, I’d pay $5 just for the daily affirmations. The coffee is also good of course.

Awesome drinks, a little slow but they were short on staff and did express that the drinks will be a little while. Overall 10/10
