Decent service, standard and spacious interior. Love they open early and have some good music.

Didn't notice the sweet message till we drove off. It made our day ❤ The other drinks were amazing too and the employees were super friendly.

I take Clients her regularly for my work. They have disabilities. All of my clients love going here! They request this place specifically! Every time we have gone, we have had amazing service from every single staff in here! Every time it amazes me how it can possibly get better, my last visit a worker saw me heading to the restroom and says the code to me! Even though I had it memorized, he had dark black hair and tan. I wish I got his name!

Help is always super nice and helpful.

Man this location is Excellent because of an employee name Kat. She the supervisor here for this Starbucks location. She always has a large smile when I walk in. Kat goes beyond guest service for the guests. Remembers the drink I always order. She always makes me smile when I come here. Makes me feel welcome.

From all Starbucks in Folsom, this is my favorite location. They are always so friendly, always in such a good mood, and very polite. They even give puppuccinos to my doggies! There was a time, I ordered ahead and when I got there my frappuccino looked a little watery. They even offered to re-do it but I didn’t mind it how it looked because I got a little late. Also, they had a long line and I am aware they work really hard to keep their customers happy. I was very grateful for their offer but I had to decline it :) Thanks for the amazing customer service you guys provide!!!!!

With everything going on right now with COVID-19 I just want to say how SUPER impressed I was with my experience this morning. The drive thru line was REALLY long and I thought "oh no, this is going to take forever!" I was barely in line for 5 minutes! The staff moved through everyone so quickly and they were very friendly, and yes my coffee was hot and delicious! Thanks so much Starbucks staff on Wales, you're the best.

Long drive thru lines at times, but moves quickly, and the service is super-polite and accurate. The drive thru has been a lifesaver during these COVID times. Ok not a lifesaver, but very convenient.

Great drive through service from friendly people but today I went to find it locked down in what looked like renovation. Disappointed that we never got a heads up. You go to it online and it says they are open tomorrow- go figure. Poor communication with customers. Hope they will be open again.

This Starbucks is amazing. They have anything you would want. You can even ask them to make something that you really want. Also those who have Tik Tok they have the Tik Tok drink. You just have to ask. But sadly they don't have the tie-dye whipped cream they only have original. Also the Tik Tok drink is amazing. Everyone should try it. And they also have other drinks that you would want. You can also customize your own drink! This Starbucks is the best place to go!

Lots of space for work stations. Nice indoor tables. Lots of window area. Plenty of room. Quite. Lovely outdoor area with umbrella covered tables and trees. Good barista's.

Wonderful, just absolutely wonderful! All of the Baristas are friendly, courteous, and make sure they get my drink correct. The Manager is Dalene.

Like this Starbuck's. Good drive thru, good and ample seating inside and outside. Inside is always clean. Friendly staff.
