This was the friendliest Starbucks I have ever been in. Seriously. I've been to a lot of Starbucks over the years. I was in town for work and I stopped here with a colleague earlier today. This was literally the friendliest Starbucks I have ever been to. Oh yeah and the latte I got was excellent.

The staff go above and beyond for me and are very friendly to people that present themselves at the window, or at the register. I have never had a problem with them very nice place to sit and eat and take your computer or your laptop and just enjoy it a quiet, peaceful moment.

My favorite Starbucks ever! Staff is always super friendly and brightens up your day. Also, this location recently started using nugget ice in their drinks and it is amazing (for all the ice lovers out there). Love this store. 10/10

This is my new coffee stop when going into the office. I am always greeted warmly and my coffee is always excellent! I am happy to stop here a few times a week!!

It's Starbucks, the coffee is good, and it has a chilled out atmosphere to sit down and enjoy your coffee and perhaps a delectable food item.

Excellent service. Before I went through the drive-thru, I was pretty depressed, and the sweet barista was very compassionate. My day was made better by her sweet note that she left on my cappuccino. Due of the great customer service and thoughtfulness of every Starbucks employee I have encountered, I support the company.

I was greeted right away by several staff members. Elizabeth, who was taking my order, was very kind, professional, and helped me make a great decision on my sweet treat. I truly felt appreciated and welcomed. Very friendly staff!

Fun environment. Quick and friendly staff. Will do whatever it takes to make you happy. Go with friends alot. Quit environment for getting things done.they also have wifi.

Today was great! Usually my starbucks anywhere i go and order sn extra shot, the frappe week taste like the coffee is burnt? It was right on at this location. 2/28 3:35 pm - I got the dreaded burnt taste.

A starbucks is a starbucks, and I will never complain about many of them. Sure some are better then others, but very few have made me want to give less then a 5 star review. Even if just for the bright cheerful baristas. Good coffee and a smile, win win.

It's always great when the pumpkin cream cold brew is released for the year. This is the best location in Folsom to pick one up, often times other locations provide a flavored creamer in the coffee. But this store always hands you nearly an inch of velvet cream that is thick and lasts for as long as you drink.

I stopped drinking coffee, and the barista was very helpful in finding a tea for me to order. My husband and I both liked our food, too. The store has great markings for social distancing. Tables are open to use inside, and are well-spaced apart. We will definitely be back!

I absolutely love this Starbucks! the staff is always so kind and friendly. it makes me so happy coming into this Starbucks because of how nice and respectful everyone is.

Really great service. I was really depressed before I went through the drive thru, and the kind barista was very caring. She wrote a very thoughtful note on my latte and it brightened my day. This is why I support Starbucks, excellent service and every Starbucks I have been at everyone is the nicest and thoughtful.

Woman that runs the drive-through with a full sleeve tattoo is amazing! I usually go through the drive through in my truck , had a big work truck so I Walked in today to place my order in person And to meet this an amazing woman my drink was made by her it was Equally incredible as she was. She had little hearts on her head that were adorable. Dom

Very welcoming employees they get your drinks out fast I’ve been coming here for 2 years now and they never disappoint.

I have a fascinating story. Yesterday(Friday) near noon, I did a mobile order, and when I got there, there was a long line in the drive-thru, so I decided to do a walk-in to pick up my order. My dogs were in my car as usual (I love to take them everywhere, which includes Starbucks’ stops at this location), and when I got there, one of the baristas said: “Pick up order? For Jessica?” I was like, yes! Do you want a puppaccino for your dogs?. I was like, sure! It is admirable that she paid attention, especially to my dogs, when I came to Starbucks. They are my kids, and I love the idea she treated them as regular customers like me. Unfortunately, I could not get her name since I was in a rush. Thank you so much!! Small things like this can make someone’s day better :) More people like this should be hired. Great job Starbucks!
