Went in an hour before closing today and was able to get a brand new phone, everything transferred and all my accessories put on all within the hour. The rep was extremely nice and helpful- wish I would’ve gotten his name. He made the whole process feel smooth and easy.

Went in today cause I was having an issue with my service (it ended up being my own fault user error lol) anyway the team here was so quick and nice to help me and took the time to explain what I can do In the future to avoid this problem. If you want the gold standard of customer service I would highly recommend this location, I will definitely be back! Thanks again for all the help - Josh C

After being on the phone for 6 hours with Verizon, trying to get my replacement phone activated, I thought I would try my luck in person and chose this location. This was the absolute best decision because Jalean was working that day. Jalean was so personable & very professional. He also empathized with my frustration & within minutes of me walking into the store had my replacement phone activated. I broke my iPhone 11 and came in to their store 30 minutes before closing. They helped me right away get a new iPhone 15, update my plan and made sure I knew how to transfer the data to my new phone so I didn’t lose any important photos from my old phone. The Verizon on Hazel and Madison has excellent service. Graham helped me purchase two new phones and provided exceptional customer service. He transferred all the info from one phone to the other, helped me with additional products, and was professional and personable throughout. The manager at this store is Caleb and he is an outstanding leader and role model. Good managers are few and far between but he is one for sure! Please visit this location - you won’t be disappointed.

I had an awesome experience yesterday, I came in to switch my service and the employees there went above and beyond! Tutu and Graham worked very hard to give me the best service. So I got an iPhone 14 Pro from the Victra Roseville Galleria location. When they tried to transfer service, a huge issue came up and it failed to transfer. I had to go 5 days without any cell service and spent 10+ hours with Verizon’s support just to be told they couldn’t fix it and that I’d need to trade in the phone. Took it here, Graham fixed it in 10 minutes. I just about jumped through the ceiling in excitement. I don’t know how the sales people here are apparently better trained than the multiple tiers of Verizon support staff who are trained in tech support. Or maybe Grahams just a genius. Either way, thank you guys for getting this figured out. Big ups to Graham.

I had a great experience at the Verizon store in Fair Oaks. The service was friendly and professional. I was able to pick out a case for my phone and get a screen protector put on. My information was transferred to my new phone quickly and the employee explained the process of sending my old phone back in a way that was easy for me to understand. She also made sure I still had my state employee discount. It was overall a satisfying experience. I would definitely recommend this location.

We had an amazing experience with Sarah today. My daughter broke her phone and we upgraded and transfer the data so when we left the store, it was all ready to go with a new case, liquid armor, pop socket, the works! The store was clean and they took special care to sanitize the counters and anything that was touched by a prior customer. I highly recommend this location for all your phone needs!
