Dunkin'

Great customer service!! I'd usually stop at the one in Roseland but since I've been working in Niles a lot recently I've been going to this one and they're all so friendly and my iced coffee is always delicious!! Glad they opened one here.

Dunkin’ Donuts in Niles, Michigan is the best Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to the service is wonderful. The coffee be fresh. The donuts be fresh. I just love this Dunkin. I stay in South Bend Indiana and I come up here every day and every day I’m greeted with love and kindness, best Dunkin ever and by the way, I love Tori. She is the best.

Everything is great!
Only issue is when ordering online it shows all ice cream flavors are available but they really are not. There is 31 flavors advertised but they only have 20ish flavors in the case and some of the containers are almost empty so they can't make some items. Wish they would update the online menu so that you don't have to communicate with delivery driver to adjust what you want for what they have.

I love this place. Cheap and tasty coffee I go at least once or twice a week. My coffee is always perfect. Customer service is top notch. Never have I had a problem with my order here. Very glad we finally got a dunkin in Niles

I've always had amazing customer service with Dunkin' whenever I get a drink. My drink is always made correctly as well and I've had no issues whether it's from the drive thru or walking in. They're always friendly and make sure I have all that I ordered.

Went out for ice cream with my daughter, and they gave us a goodie bag of free doughnuts!! Super nice surprise and the ice cream was delicious :)

I mobile ordered and my coffee was ready right when I arrived. I loved the cookie butter cold brew. I also placed an order at the window and it was made extremely fast. Employees were very nice!

We specifically stopped in for ice cream at Baskin Robbins but also got a donut for the road. It was fresh and delicious!
