I rarely go to McDonald's except for when I have a little with me and they are hangry! The drive thru was quick, went well, had no hiccups, genuinely nice staff, and no order issues!

Nice and friendly staff! Shoutout the pretty ginger girl, she always serves food with a smile and makes sure the fries are always hot. 😋

Drive through no problems just what you expect from a McDonald's drive through. Wish nuggets had been fresher heat wise but a bit of luck there. Service was fast and friendly. Wish you could see price for 20 piece nuggets but I couldn't find it or I might have done 20 instead of ten but could not confirm if it was a better deal per nugget.

The staff is nice, unlike Monroe. Never have an issue, but I only get like a drink and fries.

No smoking signs outside knocked atmosphere down a star bc of my personal preference.

Shoutout to JACOB and BONNIE. Jacob is always a friendly voice on the speaker and has a great personality to match. He makes ordering food "fun" and brings a little excitement to it. Bonnie is always fast and friendly while giving you your order. Thank you guys! Definitely hard to find good employees these days so keep these ones!

I do drive through. Quick service . I was not asked to pull ahead . I love the 2 fors. I wouldn't have gone had that not been available. Our pups LOVE the chicken nuggets.

We had a large order. Everything was correct, fresh. And hot. Employees were friendly.

I will begin by saying, firstly, I visited on possibly the most dreary day possible in the town of Webster. Six o clock on a Thursday evening, overcast with light showers, and a slight breeze. Walking in behind my two mates, their hair tussled slightly by the wind. The sun was setting behind the clouds as we entered. I was disinterested with my energy waning as I walked up to the kiosk. My mood was further saddened when I saw that the Cactus Flea Market meals were sold out. As I scrolled aimlessly I found a gem that sent shivers down my spine - The Bacon Double Quarter Pounder. Angelic choirs sang as I tapped the option to upgrade to a large meal. The night made perfect by the Sweet Tea machine which was full and ready for use. My meal was made hot and ready within five minutes where they announced my order number with triumph. Every bite was heavenly, with crispy bacon and juicy patties, topped off by the fluffy sesame seed bun. Sinking my teeth into the sandwich, I was overcome with emotion. Tears streamed down the side of my face as I took the last bite and closed the lid of the cardboard sandwich box. I was changed by this experience, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I extend my gratitude to Mr. Ronald McDonald, thank you with all of my heart.

Pro-Tip: Download McDonalds app and a coupon at checkout. We were there 8am usually a busy time. So food is definitely fresh and they are busy making our meals. If you don't mind the wait for the fresh food. You might just have sit for a few more minutes. But they efficiently send you to the pick up lanes to wait and not slow down the pace. I was very happy with my food and they got my order right.

Nice location with updated interior and easy access drive dual drive thru. Unfortunately, this location did not have the dining area open to guests (I have noticed that not every McDonalds has an open dining areas these days) Service was fast and accurate. Drive thru staff was pleasant and hapily waited while I pulled up my McDonals app for rewards. As I've visited this specific Webster location several times, I fan say that the food quality and speed is nearly always perfect.

Delicious, great food. We haven’t eaten fast food in 3 years, and this was our first time back! We chose Mickey D’s because we know that we can trust them.

I moved here 6 months ago, live 5 minutes from this location and have fortunately never been able to find it open after dark. So I want to thank the owners of this McDonalds for helping me eat healthier and abstain from late night fast food eating. You guys rock! Please continue to never be open whenever I crave fast food. 🍔🍟😉

One of the best McDonald's in the area

Friendly staff. I mean, it’s McDonalds…but when the McMuffin comes out as one cylinder and not a floppy mess with half the cheese stuck to the wrapper, it’s a good morning. Never had a bad McMuffin or stale hashbrown from the Webster McDonalds.

I love coming here. Jacob is the absolute best. He makes me laugh and I truly enjoy my day after coming here!

I only ever get coffee and maybe am egg mcmuffin, but have been here probably a hundred times over the past 5 years and have only had one bad experience, which the manager quickly resolved. Certainly the people working at the drive-thru window have a difficult job and are doing the best they can. And for all of that, I give it a 5 out of 5.

I ordered a very large order for a party and they were both fast and accurate.

We happened to be in Webster and we stopped at McDonald's. Everything was good and prompt.

They are literally the nicest people here. This is the way McDonalds was always meant to be. No complaints, you get what you expect as far as food. The surprise is the positivity in everybody's attitude! Kudos!
