Wasabi Steak and Sushi

The food was so good and it wasn't too expensive. It was a little busy though. Our waitress was quick to bring out our orders. I got the salmon teriyaki and my girls got the chicken teriyaki with gyoza and some avocado, California and avocado cucumber rolls. Everything was delicious. We will definitely be back.

Amazing Hibachi experience. The restaurant was clean and looked beautiful. Our chef was very good at cooking and entertaining the kiddos. The food was decently priced and the steak and chicken were excellent quality. The noodles were very tasty as well and came with the meal. Would definitely like to come here again.

Great experience at this restaurant today! Very reasonably priced with a large variety of food. We ate at a hibachi table and enjoyed the experience. I am not the biggest fan of Japanese cuisine, however, I really enjoyed this and can definitely recommend it to others.

update: Went back and tried hibachi with my wife!! We had an absolute blast of a time. The chef was so much fun! She had surf & turf and I had shrimp and lobster.

I have lived in St George since 1997. This is easily The most cultured and best restaurant that's been around. It's really a gem and not something you would normally find in a neighborhood like ours.

I highly recommend both locals and tourists give this a try. It's totally worth it. The staff is really wonderful too. I tip really well when I go here because I want them to stick around a long time.

I loved this place! My wife and I stopped in here well in the Empire outlet mall. The food tasted really good! Great portions and the staff was just wonderful! Not your typical rough-around-the-edges Staten Island wait staff.

ex: At some point my wife accidentally swallowed a little bit of Wasabi down the wrong pipe and the waiter was kind enough to help her to the bathroom. They are really a sweet and friendly wait staff.

If you live or work in the area this is a great place to go after work or even check out while you're shopping.

They have a section for hibachis as well.

But above all the food was amazing in the staff was great and that's just perfect.

Expensive? My wife and I ordered two appetizers each two main dishes I had a couple of these amazing Japanese sodas while my wife had tea.

It came out to about $81.

And I walked out with leftovers for about 3 days. 😂

Very tasty food! We had the Philadelphia and Alaska maki and chicken tariyaki, both very good. Price is just right.

Gave this restaurant a try and it did not disappoint. Place is spacious. There’s a big area for hibachi and a separate section for sushi & bar. Atmosphere is nice and sushi is on point. They definitely put in effort to emphasize on quality.

I went to wasabi last night with my family and sat for hibachi. We had Dylan as our chef and he was phenomenal. i’ve gone to hibachi many many times, and he’s been the first chef that has really engaged with us at the table. He was laughing the whole time and genuinely seemed like he was having fun, which had us laughing the whole time too. He did a great job preparing the food and the noodles were by far my favorite thing of the night. the inside of the restaurant is so beautiful and upscale, it was one of the nicest hibachi spots I’ve been to. totally recommend.

Literally the best sushi we’ve ever had! The sushi quality is #1. The lamb chop~ “muah 😽 my favorite! lol” Love their food.

Very good value considering the location and quality of food & service. Their take on the margarita is seriously delicious. We had the hibachi filet and salmon dishes, sampling each other’s entrees. The portions are generous - could probably have split one meal between the two of us. A substantial quantity of carbs remained uneaten (noodles and rice). Waitress was friendly and attentive (and mixed the margarita, apparently…).

I really hate not giving top stars so I let this place slide. It’s not bad for the place that just opened but they still have a long way to reach the top hibachi places. Starting from their staff all the way to the show part you can clearly tell that they are still in training. Also, they don’t have a license to serve alcohol but they still put it on the menu..

Went for a birthday party. Group of 16 people and we had a blast. Hibachi chef was awesome. He put on a great show and was hilarious. Food and drinks were great. We’ll be back!

Nice experience with hibachi and nice food ! I would come back. Our server a young girl was kind of bitter Miga is her name ! but the rest of the staff very friendly I would go back anyway

Great for date night or family gatherings! The food isn't too salty like in other hibachi restaurants. The bar area is beautiful too

Food and service was exceptional, food is fairly priced and the place is very modern and gives a good mood for you to eat.

We had an early dinner here with a reservation. We were seated right away. Not at all crowded at this time, so we got to enjoy the hibachi show. The food was tasty. We both finished our whole plate! Friendly staff and reasonable prices.

The poke bowl is outstanding. Fresh salmon and fresh veggies. For $12 is a decent price for lunch. There's Kung Fu Tea too if you into bubble drink.
